Im a touch over 200lbs, and about 5'10" - If you are running mainly class IV, I think the med would be good on you, there is plenty of room for your inseam, but you might have to trim the foam bulkhead a touch to get the extra depth. if you are consistently running stout class V, I would probably recommended the extra volume of the Large.
