As I was in a toxic environment not just in home but my school too like
Like iam in village where their are so many dumb people who actually don't know a shit bullied me and I got trauma but iam in better place regretting now but now atleast iam in present moment not in past but still I dwell in past like feel so anger , resentment and not felt heard and misunderstood also I didn't confront my feeling due to that my throat has this heavy feeling which you describe and also I asked god yesterday for help and your video advice match with my condition so love you and thankyou❤

Like my whole class bullied me and not even acknowledged thier mistake and talk with me like nothing happens and I also didnt said to teacher as their mindset is that if a student is good at something then oosko Kuch ni bolaigai aur iss hi dar mainai kuch ni bola aur sabsai buried baat jab mai depression mai thi tho mujhai bully kiya gaya and aur akela kar diya literally kitnai dumb people sai ghiri thi ki boltai hai na you are what five people you hang out same happen to me
Like my mom ,dad abuse me emotionally, mentally
So also talking them about my bullying felt so uneasy and I silently bear everything
People make me feel that whatever choice I make is not right and iam dumb but in reality they were the dumbest people my whole self concept destroyed
I know it's so pathetic and i don't know what i deserve to be their but one thing for sure i have confront them even i have no friend in class I will confront in whole class or outside as I literally have to heal now I dont want this blockages
So i just want tell you through my story even puri duniya aapko samjaina thi rukna mat
Wo circumstance temporary hai aapna sath kabhi na chodna
Mujhai bachpan sai mature padhna padha even mai akelai rhti thi but log hotai thai ass pass kyuki seher mai mil hi jata hai
