Hello, I enjoy your video my son want me to dispatch for him. This is helpful with my research. How long did it take you to learn you look very comfortable?
Hi Enis, Thank you so much for all the great tips you provided. I have a question, if I am an Independent dispatcher with no authority and I am using the carrier's MC and Dot information to book a load, who receives the rate confirmation doc and SIGNS, the dispatcher or the carrier? And is it possible for the dispatcher to sign it on behalf of the carrier. Does the dispatcher need power of attorney?
Good content brother, got a question about booking loads for next day since the spot market rate change everyday, u may get 4$/mile today but tomorrow it might be 3$ or 2.5$
Yes, that is true. I depends on a lot of factors and it changes every day. You just have to adjust and look at your total week's gross vs miles vs expenses.
Pozdrav Enise! Hvala unapred pozz
Hi Enis. Once again, thank you for a very informative video. I would like to know more about 'independent' dispatching. Namely, is it possible or legal to dispatch trucks WITHOUT having an authority (MC# )? This comes to mind as you were explaining in your previous video how to dispatch trucks in the USA while being outside ( Europe or Canada or anywhere with internet). My understanding is that one must have an MC# in order to dispatch (either your own or someone else's who takes you as a partner). Maybe you could expand on that in your future Q&A segments. Thank you.
Hello, you don't have to have an MC/USDOT number to dispatch trucks. You would book loads with brokers using the MC number from the carrier or owner operator you are working with.
@@NeverStopTRK , Are you saying that if I were to dispatch 5 owners operators I would be submitting 5 different MC# to broker sselling the load? Example: when I find a load for one of the owner/operatosr it is his MC# that gets submitted to the broker selling the load?
@@sauleomarova7730 Yes, that is correct. Most brokers know about this practice and they are OK with it. You would only disclose to them at the time of the booking that you are an independent dispatching company at that you are booking this load for that MC number. They may call the carrier and ask if that is OK, or they may ask for a written authorization, but that is the way most dispatching companies work anyway.
Just start listening and following up with your video. I am new to the business but just got my business settled have EIN # Us bot and Mac number as well , do you think I need to use someone else to dispatch me or I should be by my own help lease. !!
How do you acquire carriers? I’ve contacted over 900 carriers that have their information posted on loadboards, and haven’t even gotten a single response except for plenty of people telling me to Fck off. I’ve tried cold calling, texting, and email campaigns. I’ve also applied for more than 60 dispatcher jobs, and haven’t gotten one response.
If you haven't done so already, will you make a video explaining cost and rate per mile? I understand cost per mile is based on the driver's monthly operating expenses but if the driver isn't sure of this, how can I accurately negotiate his/her rate? Also, Is there a way to read the spot market report without paying for it; is it even accessible by dispatchers??
Hello, I appreciate your content.i want to ask I work nights 4pm-230am and off Friday do you think it's possible to handle three carries? I didn't here anyone ask you that question...
Hello. I am pretty sure you could do that. You might be getting phone calls sometimes after 4PM, but as long you cover them on time and they pick up before 4PM you should be fine.
Hi Enis.Just want to ask you that if i want to set up truck dispatching company out of USA still i need to register in US or i will register everything in my country? Please give me some info about the needy documents to start truck dispatching business. Thanks a lot dear!
Hey brother i am you you youtube subscribeer, how much is monthly expenses for DAT board, cargo insurance, and other expenses please give me an idea.Thank you
Hello. DAT board can be anywhere from around $40 to $170 per user, depending on the level you choose. You only need cargo and liability if you have your own authority. If you are a dispatching company using other carrier's MC number, you would use their insurance.
I am interested in becoming Truck dispatcher, I watched and subscribed into you channel.my question is how shall I know if the load is booked before me? Thanks.

Hi. After a couple of months of non stop being on the phone, it just becomes a routine.
You have awesome content!! 👏🏼
Can you make a video showing us how to find shippers.
Very informative.

Yes, the dispatcher will sign it on behalf of the carrier. It's good to have a power of attorney signed by them that give you such powers.
How do you find carriers? I’m dispatching 1 truck now and it’s hard finding carriers.
Video about that coming soon
Super, thx
Good tips
Thanks

Do you keep track of the drivers allowable hours or do you rely on them to know their allowable hours?
How many hours a day you work and for how many trucks ?
awesome video as usual.. is it better to charge a percentage or a flat fee ??
Percentage IMHO
@@NeverStopTRK what does IMHO mean ??.. thanks for the response

8 per cent???I can do it, any ttpe of trailer, if Mc is good, 4 percent is good

Usually brokers will delete the load from the board once they cover it.
How was the dispatcher stealing from your dad?
Likely telling him he is getting x amount from the load when in reality he is getting much more pocketing the difference.
