    Watched it a couple times before doing it. A lot of good moves. Definitely need to practice that pull thru hip hang.
    I did find by the time i got into some positions that it was time to move to the next. But I'll keep trying it.
    I do like that i can hear you and it was a workout and stretchs.

      or always remember that if you get stuck somewhere, just stop pause the video practice a few times and then resume. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

    Thank you for this great class! One thing that could be better is the music, which is too loud compared to the voice and I think I would prefer to play my own playlist on the side :)
