    Heyloooo see below the ingredients and how we made the ladoo
    - [1 ] Almonds
    - [2] Cashew nut
    - [3] Pistachio
    - [4] Flax seeds
    - [5] Chia seeds
    - [6] Sunflower seeds
    - [7] Dates
    - [8] Anjeer
    Step 1) Roast all the above nuts so they turn crunchy
    Step 2) Keep Anjeer and Dates to soak in water for 20 minutes
    Step 3) Grind the dry fruits that you roasted until you are left with small pieces, dont make it powder like. You can also chop them if you want to have bigger pieces.
    Step 4) After 20 minutes of soaking remove the dates and Anjeer and grind it as well to a paste like consistency.
    Step 5) Mix all of the above and make bite sized ladoos or however you like to have them. The paste like consistency of the Dates and Anjeer will help mould the ladoos.
    Try it once, it doesn’t take up much of your time also it’s nutritious and can be a great snack in the morning for a boost of energy.
    Dont have too many of these in a day 1 or 2 depending on the size is okay. 😄♥️
