Is this the highest quality video available? I wonder why it is such so pixelated. I've seen North Korean footages much better but wondered why they haven't used a better quality cameras for video production.
Certain websites have severe issues with the quality of their videos, I have to record all of these myself daily, they can't be downloaded directly and its sometimes a pain since they will constantly buffer or the site's connection just fails. Doing my best here.

I desire presidential candidate Trump to normalize relations between the US and North Korea in the future. But can he? This was not achieved during his first term.

I hate all American presidents, none can be trusted and I don't expect any sincere change of U.S. policy under a second Trump regime. But the DPRK is advancing very quickly and they aren't hinging anything on talks with America. They've expressed that they are ready to talk whenever the U.S. is actually serious about getting to the root of the issues, but they aren't holding their breath.
