Their debt isn't bad at all. Not sure what people are looking at or if they even read the most recent 10-Q. The bulk of their debt is due in 2031 and it's a 3.75% rate. Their cash from operations is extremely healthy. Insiders sell stock every day. Bill Gates has been selling MSFT for decades.
Debt to cash? That metric means nothing. The company has high returns on capital. There's no need to keep boatloads of cash. Their reinvestment rate is so high.

Do you not care about the amount of debt a company has? Debt to Cash = 10.8. That is massive in my book.
