I've stopped watching teleserye for a long time now but I came back just because of Maria Clara and Ibarra. Now, I'm anticipating yet another series and it's Voltes V. This is bringing back all my childhood memories. GMA, a very big kudos to you. Thank you for respecting the Filipino audience by making an effort to produce such high quality series. I was never into network wars but if one network will make this kind of effort, expect that I'll be supporting the project 100%.

Our Country has been producing great Series for quite a time now. I remember watching Mulawin and Encantadia before and was in awe like my reaction to this LA of Voltes V.

10 years old lang ako noon ng una itong ipinalabas sa Pilipinas. Now that I am 55 and watching this brings back a lot of memories especially with my big brother who has gone with the Lord in 2018. All of his school notebooks, you will see his Voltes-V drawing. Bumili pa nga kami ng plaka ng Voltes-V and every time we play it, the volume was really high and we were singing along. Ang Side B ng plaka was the song that's being played at the end of every episode. Congratulations to GMA, tunay na napaka-ganda at napaka-gara ng pagkakagawa ninyo ng Bagong Voltes-V. I am Japanese and when I saw this trailer movie, I was shocked. This Voltes V is really the best. It is perfect. I really admire the people who made this movie and the love of Filipinos.

Wow! I saw the initial trailer a year or 2 before and was hoping that this would change the landscape of local TV animation in the country...and this one did not disappoint! Sure, it is not perfect in comparison to other foreign CG animation, but this is a step in the right direction! So kudos to the Voltes V Legacy team. Will definitely watch this, not just for nostalgic reasons but to support the local team and hoping this can lead to more quality series.

A big step and development to a Philippine animation. Before we criticize why not look back the older works done in our Philippine history. We will not progress if we won't take a step. I hope this can be a start of bringing back to life the Philippine entertainment. Im so proud of you GMA because you are doing your best and fighting your way in coming up with new and refreshing for us that is not our usual old ones like MCI, runningman adaptation, and now this. Actually kayang kaya ng pinoy ang Hollywood effects, sadyang barat lang talaga ang mga producers. Kung barat ang budget edi barat din ang quality simple as that, naghahanap sila ng profit kaya ayaw nila gumastos ng malaki para malugi.

It's not perfect but it's momentum is unstoppable. I didn't even realize that it's already twisting my emotions especially to the part when Carla's aircraft explodes. Another great fantasy series worth watching. Good job GMA👏👏💕
This is EPIC!! I still remember when I was still an 8 year old, I watched the premier movie of Voltes 5 in a theatre. That was the first time I learned how emotionally touching the concept of Voltes 5 was. I never missed the Japanese, english and filipino anime versions of the series. It always makes my afternoons recharged, it is like waiting for new triple AAA games everyday. Then here we are, GMA painstakingly made a remake of the EPIC anime I cherished since the 1980's. And the way GMA seriously made this 2023 version, shed nothing but tears in my eyes knowing the cast put the acting in their hearts, true to the anime series. With that said, I salute all the casts and the directors, choreographers, makeup artists, couturiers, CG artists for making this series so epic and serious I know I will cherish a copy in 4k dolby atmos/dolby vision UHD blueray (please make one GMA). Good selection of the actors...nothing but tears when we see them put their hearts to give life to this epic series. Again, thank you GMA for bringing prestige to the Philippines, to all our Filipino professionals and artists, you did a great job!!! I salute you all. Thank you for the respect that was shown in producing this piece of history.

It is a source of pride for Japan that the content, which overlapped with the political background at the time the series was first broadcast, is still strongly etched in the Filipino people's hearts. I also strongly felt that the high quality of the live-action version of this work was born out of such a back story.

I am very happy that the Filipinos love the robot animation that was born in Japan, and I am proud as a fan. It's made by people with love, so not only Voltes V but also the armored beast warriors are cool. In Japan, there are many failed examples of live-action adaptations of anime, so I want you to learn from them.
I grew up watching voltes v. I am proud that the Philippines was given this chance to showcase its greatest resource: its people (and their creative and technical capabilities). For the rest of the world to appreciate this momentous series, may I suggest that english subtitles ( at the very least) be included not just in the trailers, highlights, recaps but also in the full episodes. Also, hopefully, it could be released using a wider and more global platform like netflix and the likes. Congratulations GMA network!

In the final release, I think they were trying to replicate the lighting and movie effects of late 1970's as well sound. The effect would be more effective also if you watch it in a 1970 Filipino movie theater also. The first trailer in the United States had a different mood and lightin/sound effects.
Ito talaga ang forte ng GMA. They make better shows with themes such as this! Magastos pero sobrang ganda ng executions. Litaw ang creativity at galing ng production team. No one is ever perfect pero kilala na talaga ang GMA sa ganito. First time I ever felt goosebumps was during the Encantadia, Etheria, and Majika era. And now it's back! Just goes to show na time is the best recipe for quality. The long wait is over and it's paying off 💚💚 So excited!

This looks absolutely amazing. I'm so happy for all my Filipino friends because this is something produced with the Filipino culture (with some Tokusatsu flair) in mind that will surely bring more attention to Filipino productions. Seeing Voltes V adapted in this way is really awesome.

GMA is truly improving! From Maria Clara at Ibarra to Voltes V, I can say that 2022 and 2023 is for GMA. They offer quality produced series which is not typical. I am rooting for more GMA series with better quality and storyline. And I hope that it will be globally acclaimed! ❣️❣️❣️
Since the launch of the mega trailer, watched it 10X, at everytime naiiyak ako, i was a kid in the 70s when this was shown on TV, made me relive the memories, goosbumps! Thank you GMA and the Voltes V team who painstakingly worked on this, you will be making generations very happy. Kudos!

I've stopped watching teleserye for a long time now but I came back just because of Maria Clara and Ibarra. Now, I'm anticipating yet another series and it's Voltes V. This is bringing back all my childhood memories. GMA, a very big kudos to you. Thank you for respecting the Filipino audience by making an effort to produce such high quality series. I was never into network wars but if one network will make this kind of effort, expect that I'll be supporting the project 100%.

10 years old lang ako noon ng una itong ipinalabas sa Pilipinas. Now that I am 55 and watching this brings back a lot of memories especially with my big brother who has gone with the Lord in 2018. All of his school notebooks, you will see his Voltes-V drawing. Bumili pa nga kami ng plaka ng Voltes-V and every time we play it, the volume was really high and we were singing along. Ang Side B ng plaka was the song that's being played at the end of every episode. Congratulations to GMA, tunay na napaka-ganda at napaka-gara ng pagkakagawa ninyo ng Bagong Voltes-V. Leeeet's volt innnnnnn!!!!! tadantantadan-tantan!

Wow! I saw the initial trailer a year or 2 before and was hoping that this would change the landscape of local TV animation in the country...and this one did not disappoint! Sure, it is not perfect in comparison to other foreign CG animation, but this is a step in the right direction! So kudos to the Voltes V Legacy team. Will definitely watch this, not just for nostalgic reasons but to support the local team and hoping this can lead to more quality series.

A big step and development to a Philippine animation. Before we criticize why not look back the older works done in our Philippine history. We will not progress if we won't take a step. I hope this can be a start of bringing back to life the Philippine entertainment. Im so proud of you GMA because you are doing your best and fighting your way in coming up with new and refreshing for us that is not our usual old ones like MCI, runningman adaptation, and now this. Im into korean and chinese dramas and shows the past years but lately i have been watching our own shows. Keep it up GMA!
Actually kayang kaya ng pinoy ang Hollywood effects, sadyang barat lang talaga ang mga producers. Kung barat ang budget edi barat din ang quality simple as that, naghahanap sila ng profit kaya ayaw nila gumastos ng malaki para malugi.

This is EPIC!! I still remember when I was still an 8 year old, I watched the premier movie of Voltes 5 in a theatre. That was the first time I learned how emotionally touching the concept of Voltes 5 was. I never missed the Japanese, english and filipino anime versions of the series. It always makes my afternoons recharged, it is like waiting for new triple AAA games everyday. Then here we are, GMA painstakingly made a remake of the EPIC anime I cherished since the 1980's. And the way GMA seriously made this 2023 version, shed nothing but tears in my eyes knowing the cast put the acting in their hearts, true to the anime series. With that said, I salute all the casts and the directors, choreographers, makeup artists, couturiers, CG artists for making this series so epic and serious I know I will cherish a copy in 4k dolby atmos/dolby vision UHD blueray (please make one GMA). Good selection of the actors...nothing but tears when we see them put their hearts to give life to this epic series. Again, thank you GMA for bringing prestige to the Philippines, to all our Filipino professionals and artists, you did a great job!!! I salute you all. Thank you for the respect that was shown in producing this piece of history.

One of my favorite robot anime works.
This is the second installment of the Nagahama Romantic Robot Anime Trilogy, depicting the characters from both sides.
The "tragedy of war," "conflict due to differences in position," and "anguish and conflict born from being a family" depicted in the entire series are similar to the "Gundam series," etc., which is still very popular today.
It is a source of pride for Japan that the content, which overlapped with the political background at the time the series was first broadcast, is still strongly etched in the Filipino people's hearts.
I also strongly felt that the high quality of the live-action version of this work was born out of such a back story.
I was born in year 1986! 36 years old now and I am a legit Batang 90's, memories in IBC 13. Thank you GMA!

I’m an ABS-CBN fan, too. But I am awed by this amazing production of GMA for Voltes V. When I saw the trailer months ago, even the opening theme song was beautifully sung by Julie Anne San Jose. I grew up watching voltes v and I got sad that it ended abruptly by Marcos. So seeing this produced with real actors, I got so excited to see the episodes every single day. Galing ng pagkagawa! I am very happy that the Filipinos love the robot animation that was born in Japan, and I am proud as a fan. It's made by people with love, so not only Voltes V but also the armored beast warriors are cool. In Japan, there are many failed examples of live-action adaptations of anime, so I want you to learn from them.

ここフィリピンで初めてアニメシリーズ「ボルテスV」が放送されました。当時フィリピン人の58%がアニメシリーズを見ていました。それが私たちがアニメシリーズ「ボルテスV」のオリジナルOPを愛し、尊重する理由だと思います。
I grew up watching voltes v. I am proud that the Philippines was given this chance to showcase its greatest resource: its people (and their creative and technical capabilities).
For the rest of the world to appreciate this momentous series, may I suggest that english subtitles ( at the very least) be included not just in the trailers, highlights, recaps but also in the full episodes. Also, hopefully, it could be released using a wider and more global platform like netflix and the likes.

In the final release, I think they were trying to replicate the lighting and movie effects of late 1970's as well sound. The effect would be more effective also if you watch it in a 1970 Filipino movie theater also. The first trailer in the United States had a different mood and lightin/sound effects.

Ito talaga ang forte ng GMA. They make better shows with themes such as this! Magastos pero sobrang ganda ng executions. Litaw ang creativity at galing ng production team. Makikita mo rin ang difference kapag may budget yung show. Ang star-studded mga mhie!! Hopefully the Philippine media and entertainment industry gets it's much deserved support and budget. No one is ever perfect pero kilala na talaga ang GMA sa ganito. First time I ever felt goosebumps was during the Encantadia, Etheria, and Majika era. And now it's back! Just goes to show na time is the best recipe for quality. The long wait is over and it's paying off 💚💚 So excited!

Yess. From Mulawin, Encantadia, Atlantika, Etc. GMA lang nakakagawa nyan na naging parte na ng Filipino pop culture. Pilit man gayahin ng iba, naging katawa tawa lang ang fantasy series nila (mekeni, mekeni and the recent Mars Ravelo story na ewan, sinayang at nilapastangan lang talaga, sorry for the words).
