Owners that care about winning might consider this, but the insurance is an expense, getting cap space for a future year is just more money you are going to spend. That isn't something some owners are trying to maximize.
Deceptive captioning is a good way to say it. I call it rage farming. The whole world is now filled with mental illness and rage, and you can basically farm the attention of those people for profit. Its an absolute travesty that this is what the world has become but here we are.
