husband speaking - Hello from Everett, Wash. We arrived Monday at noon in Seattle and at the moment it is 41 degrees. It was snowing slightly when we arrived and hailed some today. We just gave our neighbors some gifts too, 3 flavors of Kopiko coffee, two shell necklaces for their young girls and small pearl bracelets, and for mom an 18" pearl necklace. They watched our home while we were gone, watered the inside plants, checked our mail and started one car left in front of the garage once a week or so. Such good neighbors are a real blessing.
So happy you made the long trip safely. I bet it is strange to go from such warm weather to cold weather. I imagine your friends and neighbors enjoyed the gifts. 😊
