These are definitely odd, but I'm not complaining that they're here! These machines are interesting and almost not surprising to find in Slovakia, a country with many dairy-based cuisines.

What you got is not milk, but Žinčica, which is a by-product of making cheese. The chunks you tasted is essentially cheese curds.
I will have to make note of that, next time I mention Žinčica 👍

These dairy vending machines are quite charming for Slovakia.
The fermented sheep's milk is best had COLD and QUICK btw 😅
the fermented sheep milk is best with bryndzove halusky, or baked potatoes :-) I've never tried to drink it by itself, without a dish
The Žinčica was pretty interesting on its own, definitely had that sour, fermented taste. I can see how it may be better with a meal 👌
