My Series 4 still works perfectly fine and battery life is still enough to get me through almost a full day. I think by the time this watch dies, Apple would have released the Series 11 lol
@@JCee3223in all honesty, it’s a big difference between a full day and a half day battery life…maybe check out series 6 or 7 for an upgrade, you definitely could fine a deal on one of them
I got an Ultra 2. Given the chip upgrade, I could see it lasting another 3-4 generations of upgrades, which is worth the extra $100 over buying the ultra 1 used. That said, I have no intention of upgrading watches again until they have both a space black color (on ultra) and blood pressure monitoring.
Question. Do you think it’s worth getting the Ultra 2? Or would it be better off and waiting a year to see if they release a whole new black trim, and whole different sensor options? Thing is people are saying that the apple watch series 10 may be the best one they release. So I’m assuming the Ultra 3 may get new things added as well. If they do come out with the black trim, would you consider upgrading despite one year of use of the Ultra 2? Or just keep it? What do you think?
I mean, I bought the Ultra 2 from the Series 7. So I think that answers your question. As to whether you should, it depends on what you want. If it’s just “space black color,” I’d say not to wait. Just get the Ultra, and dress it up with a stainless Milanese loop if you want. Other features that would make me consider upgrading would be blood pressure monitoring and MicroLED, but even with all 3 releasing at once, I see no disadvantages to waiting another couple years. Coating toughness would only improve, and MicroLED would only get better. Blood pressure monitoring would likely stay the same, but I already own a cuff that syncs to Apple Health.

So… the ultra has 64 gigs of storage instead of 32 gigs. That seems like a big deal to me. I wouldnt buy a series 2 if I had a 1, but this pushes me closer to considering an ultra overall. Id hate to buy an $800 device with only 32 gigs. I know the apps don’t take up much space, but 32 gigs on anything in 2023 is scary.
This is probably the dumbest comment I’ve ever seen on UA-cam who the hell needs 64 gigs on an Apple Watch. You don’t do anything with it some people I swear!

Can you do a comparison between the IPhone 15 and the iPhone 14 Pro. Scrolling on the comparison yesterday it seems to be VERY similar. (So similar it might mean I don’t get pro iPhones anymore)
Using the series 5 for about 4 years and the only thing I want is longer battery life. So the only watch that makes sense to buy is the Ultra but I’m going to wait for the third generation and maybe even 4th generation tbh.
My idea is... make it round. Everybody keeps saying that and there should be some reason they don't. Maybe it's too late but if they did, it should've looked more like Apple stuff.
I got the s8 last year because the ultra was too much money for just extra battery life and durability. I’m in a better position financially now and I was waiting for the ultra 2 to see what happened. It’s basically an S year for the ultra. Should’ve just said the Ultra gets the new chip. Not enough upgrades from the U1 to the U2 to call it a U2
I have an Apple Watch 5. And have not bought a new one. They are great devices, but I prefer my money go to a better iPad. Also still rocking an iPhone 11 so that needs an upgrade. Apple Watch not in the picture.
Not buying a new Apple Watch is the best thing for the environment. Maybe Apple should switch to an 18 month upgrade cycle. Though, I do expect a big upgrade with the Apple Watch Series X (or Series 10).
I love my series 7 but tbh the 2000nit display and the improved Siri dictation are pretty big defining features for me personally, while I obviously won't likely get a series 9 I honestly feel like im missing out with my series 7 more than I feel like im missing out with any of the features on the iphone 15pro compared to my 14 pro as far as a "defining feature"
Series 6 user, legit I’m kind of in the same boat, I use Siri a lot and having it work on device?? That’s fire, plus the slightly bigger screen and finally going for a cellular model, it’ll be a good enough upgrade for me to justify it
I said my 6 was fine, but then I saw that I could get the stainless steel 7 for $429 from Apple refurbished, which I trust more than Amazon renewed. Sure I don’t get to track my ovulation, but I don’t want to do that.
I got the 7 stainless steel from a Amazon 2 weeks ago. I love it, and the one on Amazon with the blue band in graphite for $430 is not refurbished, it’s brand new!! No regrets I love it and fast 2 day shipping.

Your lightning cables also don’t have 64gb, does that scare you?
I think the Apple Series 9 also gets 64gb storage.
@@TailosiveTechI mean, if apps take up more and more space down the line, and I’m off the grid and want to take a bunch of music too, I’d still feel a lot more comfortable with 64 gigs. Isn’t installing the newer OS on 16 gigs models a huge pain in the ass?
@@TailosiveTechThe cable is not a storage device
I mean I dont understand why such disappointment its not like if these watches are made for you to get a new one very year, I still use my series 4 and got the ultra 2 this year it baffles me how you can discredit such technology my man, I mean if you act smart you can get one literally every 5+ years and you will be fine this year wasnt for you, really im sure i could use my series four even longer but once in a while i like to get something new for myself
I would’ve expected some joke about the U2 chip and U2 band. Maybe the U2 chip helps you locate Bono. 😂
Can you do a comparison between the IPhone 15 and the iPhone 14 Pro.
Scrolling on the comparison yesterday it seems to be VERY similar. (So similar it might mean I don’t get pro iPhones anymore)
Just change the design! That’s enough
Using the series 5 for about 4 years and the only thing I want is longer battery life. So the only watch that makes sense to buy is the Ultra but I’m going to wait for the third generation and maybe even 4th generation tbh.
Your videos are Awesome keep up the good work. I got the 7 waiting for the X
WatchOS 10 has improved the battery life on my Series 7 and I am getting used to the changes.
They’re getting to the point where they should stop upgrading everything annually
I upgraded from the 8. Good trade in value and my watch videos always get a lot of views 😂
Why don’t you like watchOS 10? Just curious. I haven’t updated yet. Should I be worried? lol 😂
The should change the upgrade cycle to 1,5 years for watches and maybe even iPhones.
I still can’t believe they got rid of face-swapping. No chance I update to WatchOS10
You crazy, im not upgrading my watch for the first time since release this year but no way would I recommend an SE 1 to anyone over a series 9
I didn't. You crazy for misunderstanding the video
Still with series 5, not planning to upgrade
What i like about the Ultra 2 is, that it got 100 money cheaper here
Went from series 4 to series 8 last year.. will wait till series 12 and see if it’s worth it….
i have a first gen apple watch seworks great
Idk why but i cried laughing when you spoke of editing videos on Apple Watch 😂😭
so nerdy
I didn’t even know that they upgraded the storage of the series 9
I got an ultra because it’s faster than my 4 I’m not upgrading again until they do the glucose monitor
Not buying a new Apple Watch is the best thing for the environment. Maybe Apple should switch to an 18 month upgrade cycle. Though, I do expect a big upgrade with the Apple Watch Series X (or Series 10).
Could be a stopgap year and the Series X will have 4K and 5.1 surround sound 🤭
I feel like tech companies wouldn’t run into this issues if they didn’t put out new variations of single products every year.
Yes they should release them as paper launches. They should have done it with all the M1 computers to M2 without having any fan fair.
Still rocking a series 6 here
Is it normal that i have the s3 since it came out😃
The Apple Watch is a piece of jewelry that happens to do certain things using an old cellphone interface.
Count ourselves lucky apple didn’t remove this accessibility feature from older watch after they release series 9 and ultra 2 😅
I still want final cut on the Watch
I love my series 7 but tbh the 2000nit display and the improved Siri dictation are pretty big defining features for me personally, while I obviously won't likely get a series 9 I honestly feel like im missing out with my series 7 more than I feel like im missing out with any of the features on the iphone 15pro compared to my 14 pro as far as a "defining feature"
Series 6 user, legit I’m kind of in the same boat, I use Siri a lot and having it work on device?? That’s fire, plus the slightly bigger screen and finally going for a cellular model, it’ll be a good enough upgrade for me to justify it
deffo go for it. also go for the Hermes if you can afford it the resale is rlly good@@zoruaboy
@@BR-pm6hy I wanted the gold. It goes with my coloring and my wardrobe better.
Your argument sounds like those people in 2009 who would go on about how their multi media phone could do everything the iPhone could do. Your example of using the assistive touch just makes it look messy
I always buy my Apple Watches and other Apple products one year later when I can get a discounted price.
The SE is getting close to the Series 3... I really don't think the SE 1 is a good choice anymore.
Thank you for this video but Apple is not going to like this 😂😂😂😂
Apple doesn't do anything much like this year when it comes to the iPhone I'm keeping my 14 pro-Max for another year I thought I was getting excited for this year's iPhone Nah 😮😮😮😮
It definitely sounds like Apple’s having lunch with Samsung
Sincerely, the Samsung galaxy fold four versus the five
The skit is all you need to know about all 2023 Apple releases...
DOUBLE CLENCH
I just bought a Apple Watch 6 refurbished
