    Rachel I made this rock with my daughter's name for her birthday. I was afraid to write her name on it. Yet with the way you show us how to do the name really made it nice. I am happy that she likes it. She has it on her kitchen island. It makes me proud that she displays it. All the thanks goes to you. You are the best teacher I know!

      I was going to ask until I saw your post. They look like the rocks that are commonly found on lake shores. When I was a kid we would collect similar rocks along the Niagara river and lake Ontario. But I bet you can find similar around any larger lake or river.

    • @journeyspastlightahead1606
      @journeyspastlightahead1606 5 років тому +1

      I researched my area MN and found I could buy them through Menards store they come from Mexico. I’m sure Duluth Mn would have them big like that but it’s a distance to go. The rivers here have very small rocks around where I live
      So I purchased them. Maybe others will be luckier than I.
