He is handsome and fine, my husband is, my dear !
He is handsome and fine, my dear, my husband is,
There were two gossiping women in the village,
Saying one to the other, do you have a good husband?
He is handsome and fine, my husband is, my dear !
He is handsome and fine, my dear, my husband is,
He doesn't scold me, or beat me either.
He does the chores,
He feeds the chickens
And I take my pleasure.
Really you have to laugh
to hear the cries of the chicks and hens:
Co, co, co, co, dae, little flirt, what's this?
He is handsome and fine, my husband is, my dear !
He is handsome and fine, my dear, my husband is,
Félicitations !
C'est la meilleure version.
Une version précieuse !! Bravo à tous.
¡Estupendo! Saludos desde Guatemala, Centroamérica.
Génial ! Bravo à vous
Fantastic. Well done
This came up on my ‘home page’ on UA-cam and I almost dismissed it because I didn’t recognise it. I only know this song by the French title. This is a great video and I love how you illustrated it. - Also, just to say, this is one of our favourite songs at my house because we have chickens and they certainly sound like this in the morning before my spouse lets them out. 😄
thanks a lot for encouraging us !
Excellent to repeat bars 45-46. That bit always seemed too short. And yes, end it on a major chord!
