Sir In question no. 10 Answer should be (B) Both Advance authorization and DFIA are exemption scheme

Answer of Q. 23 is not correct. as per customs valuation rule 2007 Rule 10, b, 4 the engineering charges applicable if elsewhere than India. the question option says applied in India so this should also be excluded.
