Good morning, your mechanics are good team without skill 1 ) they must learn to raise the piston rod using a cord fixed in the middle of the rod, for balance the rod weight 2) they must learn to use the piston rings mounting attachments after mounted the piston ring , for decrease the external diameter of it, so don't find so much difficult put the piston rod and piston inside the cylinder. 3 ) heat the piston ring with hot water or hot engine oil for decrease the mounting resistance, during the mounting procedure 4) put oil on the piston before put inside the piston in the cylinder 5) never raise in this system with a cord fixed around a hammer hose, very dangerous 6) learn to raise all heavy weight with excavators, but not in this system 7) learn to dismantled and assembly pieces on a table not on earth. Maximum put a wood panel vbetween 2 oil tanks, as a wood table After 45 years of large earth moving machines service repair, all days in the chantier, i think, i have learned something !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
