Missouri S&T students rocket their satellite into orbit

In 2016, NASE awarded funding for the Missouri S&T Satellite Research Team to build a cube-shaped satellite that would test an experimental thruster in space. Eight years later, the team watched as their Multi-Mode Mission satellite, or M3, roared into space atop a SpaceX rocket. For more information about Missouri S&T, go to mst.edu
