For Benas , ladys finger cutting there is another big size one which they gave for previous version of zodiac . It's available in shops . U can buy them

Hey thanks so much Ramya .. for now I started using steel jars and their lids in dishwasher but handwashing the food processor parts completely. I’ll avoid the plastic lids too henceforth. Better to stick on only the steel jars in dishwasher

Hi, it is working really great. I don’t have any issues. I would avoid putting the small jar lid and processor lid in the dishwasher as I had few small cracks in the plastic. Other than that it’s an excellent choice if you are planning to use food processor regularly.

I hand wash the jars. I rubber washers beneath the blade and bottom part of the jar does not withstand hot water temperature. in the past, I had several chutney jars where the blades stop rotating. I don't see the complaint since I started hand washing but the lid goes in dishwasher always.
@@Nivedavelan I don’t recommend 800w. Bigger the better, in case if you buy more Indian kitchen electronics you don’t have to worry about higher wattage. Go at least 1000w.
Did you use the right voltage converter? note this mixie is 750watts compared to older models which is 550watts. I don't no repairing in USA but you can open the unit and troubleshoot?

initially I used in dishwasher. I feel the plastic is brittle so I am not using it in dishwasher expect the lid part.

Which is better u think preethi cosmo or vidiem ADC? Coz vidiem comes with inbuilt transformer for usa
When I researched before buying, vidiem does NOT have small size dicer blade which is time consuming to make any poriyal. It’s upto your needs ☺️

What I got is 2000w. I don't see it is available right now in this model. You can get 1500 or 3000w. Note this mixie is only 750watts.

I am not sure. I use grinder only for softer idlys. I always failed grinding meds vada in the mixie. It turns harder.
