LASAGNA ROLLS RECIPE
Meat sauce:
oil 4tbsp
onion 1 small
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Sauté it
Ground chicken add. Cook till color changes
3tbsp tomatoes paste
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/2tsp
Oregano 1/2tsp
Red chili crushed 1tsp
Water 1+1/2 cup
Mix and cook for 30 min, lid on
Capsicum 1
White sauce:
butter1 tbsp
Flour 1 tbsp
Fry
milk 1 cup, mix
Spices: 1/4 tsp Black pepper, salt, Oregano, flakes chilli, sugar
+ 1 tsp sugar
+ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Cream 200 ml
Boil lasagna sheets in salted water
Layer sheet, white sauce, meat sauce, little cheese and roll it
Add white sauce on baking tray, align rolls, top with cheese oregano, flakes, olives
Bake. Eat. Enjoy. 🍝
