I hope I don't get much hate, but as an EXO-L I care about EXO so much. It is so infuriating to see Lay not getting lines or enough attention. He is the last Chinese member, who tbh is probably homesick all the damn time (even when he is filming in China). If SM isn't going to take care of him he can do well on his own. This man has so many talents as an individual. Not saying I want him to leave EXO, I just want him to be happy & get treated better.

I feel bad for Yixing! He didn't get as many lines in the songs from their new album as the rest of EXO. He deserves more lines and more screen time, especially for this comeback because he could've killed the vocals, the choreo, the rap and the concept imo, it definitely fits him so much. They could've focused more on him just in the Chinese ver. of all their new songs and the MVs, and I'll be happy, but instead they gave him half-lines for every song and a few seconds of screen time. They could've at least gave him more than 2 seconds of screen time and FULL LINES for the songs, but no. Hoping next comeback, he gets more attention. He's the only Chinese member of EXO I just hope SM treats him right.
It's just sad how in most, if not all, songs in the album, especially the Chinese ver., he doesn't get rap parts too. Instead they shared the rap parts between two Korean members. Not that I'm mad about that, but at least they could've arranged some parts for Yixing. I'm just perplexed because he's rapped in other songs before, why would they not let him do it this comeback? I have noticed that Sehun and Minseok got more lines, and I'm so happy about that, don't get me wrong. But I just feel like SM forgot Yixing is there too? It's like while they're arranging lyrics for the Chinese songs, they forgot Yixing, a Chinese member, is there to fill a decent amount of the parts. I'm pretty mad because seriously, Yixing is a gem. He's very precious, so why is SM sleeping on him so much? :/

Also can you see the future to know exactly how many schedules he has this time because all the major movies and dramas he has been in finished filming and are airing later this year so all I know is that zyx has press conferences, cf deals and go fighting to take part of right now.

I feel so sick for seeing that Yixing only has like 2 short lines. Everyone said before that it was because of his position as lead dancer so that he has to focus on his dance, but look at Kai. He is the main dancer yet he has one of the important line and even his lines are longer than Yixing. I don't really blame if it's the korean ver that Yixing got very short lines, but it's just the same for the chinese ver, his lines are so short as well 😢😢 why did SM do this to Yixing. His voice is awesome. Does it make sense if I feel kinda envy toward the other member's stans because their biases get time for shining but here is my Yixing stays stuck as the underrated member though he has tried his very best for staying in SM and EXO. Sorry for being biased guys, I'm just tired and wondering why SM still do this kind of thing. 😢😢😢
I hate to say this, because I understand why the other Chinese memebers left...but EXO-M existing was the only reason any of the Chinese members got a ton of exposure. Now that Lay is the only one left and EXO is just EXO, they're putting him back at the back where he "belongs" so to speak. If EXO had never done sub units, Chinese members would have never gotten such good treatment. :/ It's really sad.
First, I felt a bit sad and disappointed because of the same reason to all Lay's Stan's, that Lay had just 2 or 3 lines. I thought he wouldn't have a chance to prove his talent or shine on this comeback. But I was so surprised when I read those comments below the comeback performance videos. Most of them were talking about how hot or how great he was and even some of his non-stans said that they wanted Lay to have more lines. I hope if SM read those comments, SM will think about what they're doing to Lay. They should treat him well because he deserves it, he must be very tired but he still chose to stay and that's one of the most precious thing for the dream of SM about making EXO more famous in China.

What makes me angry is that if they ban Chinese pop idols, i would count that as an act of discrimination. It's not fair that most Japanese pop idols joined in the "Produce48" alongside Koreans, For me, the Japanese are swore enemies, apart from politics, i hate those who ban Chinese celebrities for political reason, UNFAIR!
I really like how kpop choreography has gotten so creative. I've seen such good choreo in the past couple years from all the groups. Its really stepped up since Kpop became more international. Especially the boys, I think that girls choreography is still a little behind though. But some groups never fail.
I see a lot more healthy looking girls now though, and they have muscle. And you don't need "muscle" to dance well. And the guys are on diets too. I just think that the girls are supposed to do more "sexy dances" that just show off their bodies, not their skills. And girls aren't supposed to be aggressive. They're supposed to be graceful and pretty. That's the kind of box the girls are put in. But a lot of the can really dance, but its not their concept or thats just not what the company wants from them.
to be really honest, it's not like exo choreographed the dance steps. in fact, most kpop grps don't, except for maybe svt, ikon, winner etc? so saying that girl grps need to step up is pretty unfair. also, you need to consider how girl grp songs are usually way more different than those of boy groups, which means their choreo tends to consist of more subtle dance moves instead of the kind which literally follows each beat of the music.
Rarely do the kpop artists choreograph or write their songs. Sure, its getting to happen more often, but yeah, most of the time they don't. And yeah, its not the girls fault, but they are given dances to more show off their bodies than have cool dance moves. Its more the companies and stuff that need to step it up and give their girls more credit.
i alwas thought SNSD had good choreos. You should check out Oh My Girls Closer and Windy Day! Gfriend and Lovelyz has some good ones too
I've seen all of those and I think they are a few that have innovative, though retro, dances. But, not many outside of them have really... interesting ones. Well, id put f(x) in there too. But, for the past couple years I think the boys have been doing, overall better than the girls. But there are some girl groups that rise above, not just because of previous popularity though, but in their current activities.
Spread more Love for Yixing instead of hating on SM for giving him such few lines.
There's a logical reason why. It doesn't mean that if he didn't get enough lines, he's not being paid attention to. He's totally killing the dance and in Lucky One he has more lines there as well as the other songs in the album.

Actually all Chinese pre-recorded shows do that. It's because of the Chinese alphabet and the tones used. Many Chinese words uses the same tones and letters(?) idk if you call it that. 😂😂 anyways so it's very very easy for Chinese speaking people to mishear characters. 👍 I'm Chinese myself and always mishear things my mum says 😂😂
