Teen girl, man in hospital after being pulled from water at Pere Marquette Beach

The Muskegon Police Department said the girl is expected to make a full recovery, but the man is in serious condition.

I wonder who would be responsible for providing the life guard services. City of Muskegon??? They make enough money through taxes not sure how they couldn't afford it
