Jeju Mandarin Orange Cheong

Jeju mandarin oranges make AMAZING cheong (Korean syrup)! The skin of the orange is very thin, so there's very little rind (rind gives a bitter taste) and the juice is deliciously sweet. Drizzle this syrup over cake for a citrus kick, or stir into ice water to make a refreshing drink on warm days!
