Protein Packed Chickpea Crackers

  • If you need some healthy crackers to snack on, try these protein-packed chickpea crackers.
    You will need:
    215 g cooked chickpeas
    7 g ground flax seeds
    12 ml extra virgin olive oil
    1 g instant yeast
    1 g salt
    1 g oregano
    7 g sesame seeds
    10 ml water (if necessary)
    Instructions:
    1. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
    2. In a mixer, blend everything except the sesame seeds. (I also added 10 ml of water.)
    3. Shape the dough on parchment paper. Place another piece of parchment paper on top of the dough and roll it out thinly.
    4. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
    5. Cut into pieces.
    6. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
    7. Let cool and enjoy with sweet or savory toppings.
