Hector, I know this is off-topic, but nonetheless I have a question for you - how often do you get clients from non-profit organizations? And if you do, how different is recording transactions from NFPs than from SMBs in QBO?

NFPs use Fund Accounting; tracking expenses by fund or program. There's a QB version for nonprofits you might want to try.

Why don`t just make the access by classes? I mean create the customers, suppliers, banks, and chart of accounts by classes. And then give access to users according to those classes. Each user will able to see the definite transactions of a definite class.
