The only way I could see pineapples working on pizza is if it is paired with anchoives. Sweet/salty and you need something bitter. For an Italian pizza always has an element of salt. That's why it is paired with a chinotto beverage which is bittersweet to form electrolytes. Italians don't include fruit to their dishes for fruit in their culture is meant to be eaten separately, at a certain time of the day and seen as a dessert.

the thing with pineapple on pizza is the mushiness that comes from it when you bite on it, i burnt my tongue the first time i bit into a slice of pizza with pineapple on it cuz it keeps all of its juices in and once u bite on it, they burst out. I didn't like that for this main reason. This aside, it's a free world, you make your own pizza how you like it😂-

Home made pepperoni stick meat, mushrooms, green peppers and sliced black olives, italian spices and cheese, its the only pizza I eat, lol. Store bought doesnt compare to home made. Sorry but Im a no pineapple, makes it far to sweet, when it should be savoury. You make this sound delicous but with pineapple, blah, lol.

Hey Tran next time you do soul food try baked mac & cheese the old school way. Also instead of fried chicken do smothered chicken or chops in gravy. We also eat oxtails, pork, & sometimes beef ribs. Lastly when it comes to desert we make several types of pound cakes, baked banana pudding, fruit cobblers, and sweet potato pie. Love what you do Brutha.🤜🤛🏾
