How exciting. I also have a classroom and I do a student store. I'm in 1st grade now up in moving into Art and Life Skills elementary. Yay! Love watching you and (The Cheap Chick)
DEEP BREATHES MOMMA, YOU ARE DOING GREAT, life wouldn't be life without chaos...Thank you for being a special teacher for special kids. My step daughter soon to be 15 is Autistic. I do the grab bags for the same reason. Schools don't do holiday parties anymore, and now that she is in High School, there are 16 kids total in 3 different rooms, we do goody craft bags for all the special needs kids. THE GLITTER THINGS: TAKE OUTSIDE, LAY THEM ALL OUT ON A TARP, GET THE MODGE PODGE SPRAY AND SPRAY THEM, WHEN DRY REPEAT ON THE OTHER SIDE.
Thank you so much for this encouragement. I’m trying to create content when Ellie naps versus doing it on the weekends when my husband is home from work so I can actually just enjoy the weekends with my family but Ellie’s naps are so so sporadic ♥️ total chaos but no regrets :) I love how you make craft goody bags for the kids. You are amazing for doing that! Love love the idea of mod podge spray. I def don’t want to pain them all for sure! Thank you so muxh for watching and commenting! Means so much to me.
Thank you for taking your time to make sure your kids have a great school experience! I know that you guys put A LOT of personal money into the classrooms and you don’t have to but you do so thank you❣️
That's so awesome. My kids school does that...And I been trying to collect a few things because I know my daughter Kindergarten teacher had something like that so when I know of great deals like the Micheals grab bags I try to put things aside to give to them...I'm excited for when Easter bags come out because during that time last year they even had toys & craft goodies😊❤Amazing hual...And thank for being a teacher & inspiring young ones❤
Great haul. Get some PVa wood glue to seal the heart and shamrocks. It’s so much cheaper than mod pog. Check dollar tree diy section for it. I live in the U.K. and the local Poundland pva glue from the diy is stronger than the kids craft glue which is watered down.
it is SO funny that you say that because as I was boxing everything back up I was like of wait im keeping a couple of these for ellie to use as sensory boxes :) I love the scarf / tissue idea
Thanks for sharing and I am subscribed to your cousin's channel and I speak very highly of teachers but I am definitely over the Michael thing I never get one I don't know if it's frustration or I'm burning out on trying to find one. But I hope you find some wonderful things for your students.
I love watching these kinds of videos and need to get into the bandwagon. The best time for you to do these boxes is after summer and back to school clearance time right around fall. Perfect for your classroom and students.
oh my gosh do you think they have some that are dedicated to back to school? an actual teachers dream!!!!!! thank you for your suggestion. I am going to call michales in the summer and see if they do that because wow oh wow would that be helpful.
I was just wondering how you being a teacher you got your hands in those awesome boxes....Now I understand but I do wish a lot of school teachers knew & should get their hands on them because like you said they are great & for only $5 you get a lot of things & you being a teacher & very opened minded to create things with what you have it's incredible...I have tried to tell alot of my mami friends from a community that I go to but it hasn't worked yet...❤🙏🏽
I only got one of the boxes this time because I figured what the theme, there wasn't too much I could use in it. Sure enough I gave most of it away on my buy nothing group to some families with kids
Hii so you just have to call to see when they’re getting released and then walk in and pick your boxes. There isn’t a line but sometimes a lot of people picking them at the same time. They are usually located on a wall near the cash out :)
yes nothing really set in stone. It’s all pretty random. They get 5 tickets if they do all of their homework on time. 3 tickets if they do all of their homework and hand it in a day late. 2 tickets if they hand in their homework on time or a day late but not fully complete and no tickets if no homework is presented…. They have classroom jobs and if they do their job for the whole week independently they get between 5-10 tickets…. Besides that it’s really just random. If they’re on task I’ll drop of a ticket or two on their desk. If they’re helpful. Motivated. Kind. Improving. Etc. they’re get random tickets. We do cubbie checks where I’ll randomly say cubby check and if their cubbie is clean and organized they’ll get 5-10 tickets. If their notebook is neat and organized they’re get tickets. A lot more random ways to get tickets but those are the main ways they can earn tickets :)
Yes! I LOVED the last video on this, so I was so excited to see this one!
You did really great! I'm so happy you got your hands on them. Legit the best mystery boxes. Love you.
i love you so much for introducing me to these

you are so sweet to write this thank you so much ♥️ we try to do as many things as we can to make the year memorable :)
Hey Allison. Just spray the glitter shamrocks and hearts with hairspray. Much easier than mod podge. Great haul 😊
THE BEST SUGGESTION EVER!!!! thank you so much. saves me a trip to the craft store.
I wish I had you as a teacher! You seem like a really good teacher! Thank you for being awesome!
this is so so sweet to read thank you so much
Try a cgeap hair sprat to seal the glitter on your hearts and shamrocks.

awesome for the boxes and I'm sorry about your allergies it's bad here in Oklahoma too

You could use one of the boxes to put scarves or fabric squares in for Ellie to pull out. My little one loved doing that.

Thanks for sharing! I definitely need to get one of these boxes! I am a teacher too and I always need things for my classroom treasure box!
These boxes are a teachers dream come true. I hope they have some for back to school ♥️♥️ I’d cry haha

@@themissalliecakes I saw someone haul his grab bag around October time and it was full of teacher stuff
I'm a 6th grade teacher and yes!! I think kids eat their pencils!!! I'm sure of it!! 🤣😂
I just got home with three Valentine’s Day grab bags when I saw that you posted about this video! How funny 😄
yayyy how did you like your boxes??

My allergies are taking me down this week, even taking daily Claritin. I sympathize with you. I'm in Massachusetts.
When do you go back to the classroom?
Love your Spider-Man shirt!
i get major cool mom points whenever i wear this haha.

how sweet are you to give most of it away
@@themissalliecakes it's the only way I can justify the Indulgence I'm buying myself a box of stuff I don't need. 😆
Love them
i am forever impressed with these
Hair spray helps keep glitter on items
omgggggg genius idea
How do you even find these? Like do you just walk in and pick a box? Is there a line or something?
Hii so you just have to call to see when they’re getting released and then walk in and pick your boxes. There isn’t a line but sometimes a lot of people picking them at the same time. They are usually located on a wall near the cash out :)
Use hair spray on all of the items with glitter! A couple coats and you’ll be good to go
love this the most thank you so much
☮️❤️😃
Can you please share your point system for your classroom?
