- EN: In the original song, Sammy's vocals were way too quiet to hear anything, so I decided to fix it myself and make them louder and more clear, not sure if the FLPs are out yet so I couldn't do much in the parts where BF and Sammy sang at the same time

imo that'd be fine if it didn't take away from the song itself. When listening to the song on its own, there are multiple points where i actually couldn't tell sammy was meant to be singing. At that point it stops being charming and just gets annoying
it’s also a nice reference to how little plot relevance he has to the overarching story
the reason his vocals are so quite is because everytime he speaks when I'm around him I cant hear shit, and I can hear everything

I liked how quiet Sammy was in the original because it made it sound more creepy to me, but this makes it sound more like an intense rap battle (Both are amazing by the way!)

I felt like Sammy’s voice should’ve been louder in the original game, since he was a musician/music director, but still remain quite soft to make him more mysterious. I like this because its a nice balance.

my only problem with the round here is Sammy's icon is just a black head shaped blob, it makes sense for his defeat icon but not his entire icon, it should start with the odd mask he wears and when he's losing it falls off like when you actually fight him.

If sammy lawrence speaks so quiet, it's mostly because the "ink demon will hear him".
I think the reason why his vocals are quiet is because they used a sound font for his vocals and if you combine deep with high the volume just goes down. Then again they maybe intended this

During those parts, Sammy's and BFs vocals are both in one file,it would be impossible to raise the volume for one and not the other.

BLVKAROT did a really nice remix on it that actually does the character justice imo

Vocals were definitely one of Indie Cross' weaker points. The mixing for voices compared to instrumentals are awkward in a few of the songs (mostly BatIM, for some reason?) and Cuphead and Bendy's voices aren't very good.

I think the only bad voice was Ink Bendy tbh. It just kinda sounds way too static when other mods have made catchier "monstrous" vocals.
