- My German grandma served minced meat raw! An old German dish that is still relevant today! In this video I show an old German recipe for preparing Thuringian Mett - my grandma's favorite dish. ❗ The meat must be of good quality and free of parasites. It is advisable to use meat chilled to 1-4 °C. Place the prepared minced meat in the refrigerator immediately. Do not store for longer than 1 day.
Ingredients:
1 kg of fresh meat
50-100 ml of cold water
1 tablespoon salt without heaping (20 g)
½ teaspoon garlic powder
A pinch of nutmeg
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon caraway seeds
1 shallot
A few pickled cucumbers
rye bread
A piece of butter
onion cakes
500 g onions
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
Black pepper
2 eggs
Add to the onions
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ tablespoon vinegar
Green onions (or dill, optional)
100 g flour
vegetable oil

Это интересно бесспорно. Спасибо. Надеюсь Вы не обидитесь, нооо я сырой фарш есть не буду. Совсем не мое. Я делаю фарш, солю и мой муж пробует капельку на соль. Я даже пробовать не могу. Всегда БОЮСЬ не дожарить котлеты. Осторожно их пробую. Хотя есть любители сырого фарша, я знаю. Ролик посмотрела, понимаю что у кого то в семье такое блюдо принято есть . Ну вот принято и принято .

This reminded me of the steak tartare we had during our etiquette class, I retched at the first bite but I soldiered on. After the second bite, I began to enjoy the flavor of the meat along with the egg. When my it was my brother's turn to study etiquette, he enjoyed the steak tartare that he made some at home from time to time. I do not know how he makes his but his steak tartare are always full of different flavor. I am sure he will love this recipe and would love to try this soon.

Если вы успели заметить, то оладьи к этому блюду были пожарены на сковороде, которая была нагрета на газовой плите. Поэтому с газом все в порядке, как и с электричеством👌
