I have a 2007 nautique and it doesn’t hold ballast. Would this work without ballast?

Unlikely I assume. I have never tried that. You have me thinking this might be something to try this summer though. You can always load up with people or any other kind of weight and it would work fine. Sorry probably not what you wanted to hear.

Any boat will hold ballast
