Of course a lot of the scenes are for entertainment purposes and not 100% true but think about it, he does exactly what the government does, bombings, killings, moving narcotics but for some reason it's become the norm because they almost have a "license" to do all of these things and continuously lie even though we know the truth vs Pablo being more upfront about it, that's literally the only difference so maybe the people just like being lied to because it keeps them at ease?

Wagner Moura has played role of Pablo Brilliantly. In whole series 3 scene made me cry 1. When he was insulted in the Parliament by the minister of justice. I cried violently even I cry whenever I mention it to anyone or write down like now . iam weeping. 2 . when killed Colonel Carrio for the revenge of his cousin Gustova. 3 in the end he paid visit to his father during those days he asked his father to bring his family and living together. And his that request was turned down by his father.. I respect Pablo ..and love Pablo. From the another corner of the world.
