I think you might hear this quite often, but are you interested in creating a game? (I am coding games for 4years+) but I kinda s*ck at 3d art even though I spent a lot of time doing it. I am planning a rpg /skyrim like game. I know that's a lot of work but maybe you are interested and then we can try to gather more ppl. (About payment: If the game should be published then the revenue gets shared evenly(if someone spends a lot of time developing for the game, he/she will get more than someone who spends less time). If we get quite far in developing we can even consider using patreon or something similar). But I totally get it if you are not interested or don't have the time to do so. Anyway: you have some good skills :) keep on doing the good work
