Pickled walnuts are the best!!! pickled red cabbage, mint sauce, that's sort of pickled. Pickled cauliflower, can't think of any other unusual ones, I love a pickle
Subscribed a while a go, the algorithm must've brought me via Mr Carrington 😀 I think your vlogs are sweet. You have so much energy and you both look like you're living your best lives ✨️ I restarted decluttering after watching your videos. Ever inspiring 😀
Wow your fridge is so full. Mirror with receipts on looks like a nice idea but should hav painted it with varnish to stop it fading. We have boxes of Lego/duplex/Stickle bricks etc in our loft for any grandkids we might eventually get
I work in a little mountain store in Alberta, and we sell pickles of all kinds - the pickled eggs are the most popular. Pickled asparagus and pickled Brussels Sprouts are also really popular!!
Our family once had Thanksgiving dinner at Shaker Village in Kentucky years ago. They served a bunch of pickled vegetables as an appetizer. My favorite and a revelation was the pickled okra.
Fair play to Ade wanting to relearn the keyboard. I still have my full size keyboard that Mum and Dad bought me for Christmas back when I was in high school (90's) and often think I'd like to get back to it, but it's in storage and I never have. Watched your vlog on Friday and it looks like you managed to move on a lot of stuff for your table top sale, well done - every penny helps!!
I grew up in Tennessee, and deviled eggs were a regular part of my childhood. Always a staple at potlucks and holiday gatherings. I make mine with mayo, yellow mustard, and S+P - then I sprinkle paprika on top. Lots of people like them with pickles and juice mixed in, but that’s not my preference. Side note, I enjoy pickled okra. Cheering for y’all as you prepare for the big move! xoxo - Lindsey 💌
great vlog Lisa as always, can i make a suggestion would it be cheaper for you guys to hire a van and move your stuff yourself? perhaps your brother and his partner could help you move your stuff. sending love to you all. xxx
Ive never done devilled eegs, look nice though. I went to Russia on a school trip in 1983, the Russian food wasn’t for me as they eat alot of fish which i hate. . For morning breakfasts it was stuffed eggs with caviar, to me it was absolutely awful and the 6th formers couldn’t wait to eat mine. Hence i lost 6lb in 8 days, living off cup a soups, bread and chips. Great memories though.
I am so curious to know if you have exchanged yet in real time. I would have been telling those people to forget it if it were me and I would have relisted the house. But I am not patient with things like that haha. Hope it all works out well.
I’m very behind on your vlogs so CONGRATS on your move 🏡 I haven’t had a take out in probably 4 plus years 😩, I have a severe meat and fish allergy so can only eat from vegetarian/vegan restaurants and even if there was one local to us I couldn’t have it delivered due to the cross contamination from the delivery driver/bag, upside if I can take one from the situation is it does save us a lot of money, if I could get a take out though it would 100% be Chinese 😋
I had one years ago when they were all the rage, over 20yrs ago. Only used it a couple of times though. My dad has one in the US and uses it 3 times a week to make his English bread and loves it!!

Thanks again for sharing this (although your idea of van-life is very different to Leigh and Nick's 😂)

Nope! Still not 🙁
What exactly does that mean exchange?

Hey Lisa - do you have a bread maker? is it easy to use? Also curry would be my first take-out. I loooove curry 🙂
