the drums in the beginning give me chills. this band is one of those bands you never get tired of ( at least i dont) and the first thing i always think of is space. nothing in particular, just space. outer space and how beautiful it is. like this band.
i heard this song forever Ago and fell in love with m83, the song "my tears are becoming a sea" is another amazing song, all there songs are great but i love those two a lot,
It was almost 20 years ago :) Spoken some time ago with 19 year old dude about TG. He told me that Clarkson is a old racist prick who is misogynist, and that`s how our heroes from childhood will be forgotten :)
They say I made the moon Everything was in the dark No memories at all Just a tiny freezing wind in my back As I was sitting there Singing a song they had never heard before Suddenly, a voice told me "Keep on singing, little boy And raise your arms in the big black sky Raise your arms the highest you can So the whole universe will glow" My first vision was a bush growing down the river And I couldn't stop crying Something was missing I realized I was in love with a voice I called it, again, and again But all I heard was the echo in the light
I get so much goosebumps while listening to M83, it's incredible, it's like the music is flowing through your body through your veins it is hard to explain everything in words but for me this music is like freedom in the sound.
'Lluminati. But seriously though, I'm fucking in love with this band. Their music feels like, I don't know, space travel. I can't describe it any other way.
Their music makes any travel possible, depths of the ocean, high as the sky, to the other end of the universe. Up to the listener. Let your imagination run free. Close your eyes and simply relax. Their music is unparalleled. They're absolutely perfect :)
Quade Carter let your imagination soar, run wild and free. I did what you said and this is what I imagined. I couldn't sleep one night because my nightlight was on. so i wanted to go get a glass of water. i opened the door and it lead down to stairs. a voice told me,"go. you won't regret it." so I did suddenly the stairs dropped and I was falling and I happened to be with my crush and he kissed me. it was beautiful and then I looked around to see where I was and he was gone. I paniced and then I just thought," at least I spent my last moment with him." I was half way down to the ground, tears came out of my eyes then I opened my eyes to see that my crush caught me from dying. it was beautiful
Layla K. Sanchez Interesting. I dreamed that I was drifting through space. Nothing but the freezing void for light-years all around. It was incredibly peaceful, until suddenly it wasn't. Something miraculous happened. A collection of dust and gasses became so great, that it's own gravity caused it to collapse in on itself, over and over, until a molten ball of primordial fire spewed forth and brought heat to that which was once eternally cold. I had witnessed the birth of a star, and even though it was only a dream, it reshaped my understanding of the universe. I haven't looked at the night sky the same way since, because now I know that when I watch the night sky, the night sky watches back.
epicsauceness100 wow what an imagination you have. May that lead you to amazing things. M83 just makes my mind burst with very many wonderful sights. Simply amazing
This is the song I listen to when driving on the Öresund bridge between Copenhagen and Malmö on my way to Oslo after driving for almost 24 hours straight from London Heathrow Airport :)
the way that this band makes me feel tiny, like, in a good way. we are wandering in space, experiencing our little lives in different ways and it makes me feel at peace free from social impositions and etc. all the galaxies, stars, evolution, everything that we know, it's so beautiful that I can't express in words...
m83 music is everything! it takes you to another world. personally i like to listen to it while skiing! you have to try it, fits perfectly: the sun, the snow, the mountains and just you, your skiis and the music

What an incredibly high watermark it set! I'm 24 now and still try to recapture the catharsis I had listening to this album in my childhood bedroom. Huge impact on me as a human being and as a music maker.

This video isn't about Illuminati. It's about various insect killing methods. You have the triangle shaped bug zapper (obviously the best shape for a bug zapper, killing bugs on all sides, duh) insect fogging, and robes to protect against bug bites. j/k Love the song and video M83
This song makes me feel safe. It's like missing something you do not know what it is, but it's missing. it's like having such a good dream that makes me want to live in it forever ...
This is one of those songs that cannot possibly be played loudly enough - M83 - please play this...like three times consecutively... At your Great Saltair Concert in Utah - Your music was made for the landscapes of Utah. I want to witness this played at the Great Saltair loudly enough so it can be heard on the west side of the Stansbury Mountains.
Oh my Gosh!!! i just wanna thank you for all your videos and music, i can feel each song in my soul, i really thank, i can't explain my fellings for your songs and videos. I'm Brazilian, thank you very much M83!!!
I heard this in an amazing "happytage" (montage) for call of duty 4 well over a decade ago. Never could find that montage again but it was so glorious. Truly a dead and forgotten art form that died too soon.
Sometimes I play this song in the car and imagine I'm roaring across a beautiful bridge across the ocean, driving an SLR, when in reality I'm stuck in traffic in my 1998 Mazda
got bored of new top gear,.... then started watch the old stuff and this popped up....couldn't find this then some how accidently found it....the amazementation!!

This song is mesmerizingly beautiful, the song of the full heart, but in slow motion and in a sensitive and fast way
They say I made the moon

No memories at all
Just a tiny freezing wind in my back
As I was sitting there
Singing a song they had never heard before
Suddenly, a voice told me
"Keep on singing, little boy
And raise your arms in the big black sky
Raise your arms the highest you can
So the whole universe will glow"
My first vision was a bush growing down the river
And I couldn't stop crying
Something was missing
I realized I was in love with a voice
I called it, again, and again
But all I heard was the echo in the light

Anthony Gonzalez and all team M83, you're so great, your work as amazing, never stop this art so powerful! Thanks for this magnifical work.
This video isn't about Illuminati. It's about various insect killing methods. You have the triangle shaped bug zapper (obviously the best shape for a bug zapper, killing bugs on all sides, duh) insect fogging, and robes to protect against bug bites. j/k
Love the song and video M83
grendel34 🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣
grendel34 Thats T R U
About time this song got a well deserved music video.
Top Gear...
This song makes me feel safe. It's like missing something you do not know what it is, but it's missing. it's like having such a good dream that makes me want to live in it forever ...
Like this comment if you’re here in 2024 listening to this masterpiece

TOP GEAR
Haha Yes, exactly why I'm here. ;)
The official theme to crossing the Millau viaduct.
This is one of those songs that cannot possibly be played loudly enough - M83 - please play this...like three times consecutively... At your Great Saltair Concert in Utah - Your music was made for the landscapes of Utah. I want to witness this played at the Great Saltair loudly enough so it can be heard on the west side of the Stansbury Mountains.
m83 would be so cool in Stranger Things
Holy crap was thinking the same thing! The kids from 'Midnight City, Reunion and Wait' together make up the other kids like Eleven.
I love this comment. They are having a second season and I really hope they put their songs in it

And raise your arms in the big black sky
Raise your arms the highest you can, so the whole universe will glow.
2019????? MASTERPIECE
Those opening drums and narrator make it so relaxing.....
Благодарю за вашу прекрасную музыку и клипы.
with this music I will be able to really meditate in Easter and I will be able to feel the whole universe
I love how low-budget it looks
Absolutely AWESOME! Thanks for sharing the three videos! Excellent work!
I believe the triangle represents the pyramids, which were tombs designed to theoretically ascend the souls to the heavens or higher dimension.
There weren't tombs they were power generators that used astrology and earths magnetism.
I heard this in an amazing "happytage" (montage) for call of duty 4 well over a decade ago. Never could find that montage again but it was so glorious. Truly a dead and forgotten art form that died too soon.
This song is perfect for the solar eclipse.
One of M83's best albums, hands down. Really shows their sound off :D
Top Gear - Race to Oslo
- 2:40 -
Valeria Carreon watching that now and just found this song lol
-Heard it in Top Gear, before the advent of Shazam. Been searching for i for years.- Scratch that.
Валерия Карреон hell ya
I completely agree, Before the Dawn Heals Us made me fall in love with M83.
Sometimes I play this song in the car and imagine I'm roaring across a beautiful bridge across the ocean, driving an SLR, when in reality I'm stuck in traffic in my 1998 Mazda
This guy has been making my music and taking our words
amo tanto essa banda 💙💙💙
