Wonderfull vidio of the 3rd best 9 hole course in America.,designed in 33 by Allister Mckenzie . It is pronounced Gurn-vil....Famous for the hardest hole in Sonoma County, #9, and the SLOWEST greens anywhere. Thanks for visiting, shooting a 40 is excellent for a first time. Again, thanks
Played well and course looks tough too. I like the talking over the video bit exsplaining your thoughts. I find sometimes i dont have time to say what i want or im so deep in golf mode its hard to find the words i wanna use. I like this method more and more because it allows me time to get my thoughts together. Enjoyed the video
Its good to go back and watch your rounds. Sometimes you can see what your doing wrong in your swing, where you where actualy aiming, or just a lapse in decision makeing while under pressure. I only have a channel so i can use it as tool for self improvement. Everything else is just icing on top.
1 Eagle I know I need to run my putts a little more often. I definitely have fixed a few tweaks in my swing. It’s nice being able to pull it out with confidence now.
I absolutely love those tall pines! The carved bears are pretty swag too! Gorgeous looking course. Tight tight fairways, don't miss left or right. Good job on shaking off that first hole. It happens to all of us. Hard pin on hole#8. Some good shots out there! 4 over is really good especially on that type of course and being your first time out there.
Eat your heart out! I can play three McKenzie's any day I want. Northwood, Sharp Park, or Pasatiempo. Sometimes Meadow Club too, when I play with a member buddy.
Like the course and vlog. I like the voice over. Much more clear to hear. You could really see the flight of the ball with the trees as a backdrop. Moose does Ryan hold you up playing? Lights out!
Northwood my home course.Never tire of playing it.Always a good challenge.Slow greens got ya! Your not the first.Alister Mckenzie course .
Yeah I still have not played it but looks amazing. Was jealous when moose played it

Miles_Martin_Golf I feel you there even voicing it over I found it hard to say what I wanted to say. It is also cool looking back at your shots too.

Beautiful course, damn! Love the channel, super excited to follow along!
Thanks man! Appreciate it, hopefully we can be as good of a golfer as you one day. Got some beautiful courses in the future coming up on the channel.
That course is amazing. 🔥 What a unique look with those tall tree 🌳
Thanks! Yeah such a cool course
they might be the biggest trees i've seen on a golf course that close to the fairways and greens!
Fore to Four Golf hahaha very scary course honestly.
I would hate that course with all those damn trees
hahhahaaha

Chili Dippa Golf the course was so perfect. Definitely felt good hitting the ball well. Makes the game so much more enjoyable.
Redwoods.
@@michaelfauss6865 Thanks for correcting me!
Redwoods not pines
Nice voiceover! Course looks very nice, but a bit difficult with all those pines
The Backyard Golfer thanks...it definitely is scary looking huh? Still a great looking course.
@@GolfFunatics Yeah the course is beautiful, just tricky
They are redwoods, not pines!
Definitely looked like a tough course, but one I’ll have to add to the list of places I need to play.
yeah it is awesome, stinks its only 9 but you can just play it twice. Only about 2 hours from Sac so not too bad
Hole number 6, par 4 , 280yards was my favorite hole of the course to I used a pitching wedge off the tee 😂
Correction - Northwood is in Guerneville CA about 35 minute drive west of Santa Rosa and is worlds away from boring SR
Time for you guys to get a website and invest in some merch. Slowly building up your subs
Rich M we actually just made our own hats for us. We will definitely get some mercy out there eventually, that’s the plan at least!

Monte Rio
Redwoods..
It's actually located in Monte Rio . Sonoma county.
Love the golfholics hat! Great video also! That course looks awesome
Tye Boone Golf we love their hats so much we actually got the same spandex brand of our own!
Hmmm, short shorts short putts?
Mike Herron that could be the correlation 😂😂 short shorts are my thing though 🤷🏻♂️
False, I had Algebra with the top rated 9-hole in the area.
Where is that?
@@GolfFunatics I think she works at Dennys now
