Hey man, been grilling fish without skin in restaurants all my life and the key is to scrub the hell out of your grill and make sure it's free of debris, then preheat to 425 (make sure it's 100% up to temp before putting fish on) and finally make sure fish is completely dry then coat with oil then seasonings. Great videos keep em coming!

In Cape Town, South Africa, which is where I come from, we just used to go down to the Hout Bay harbour and wait for the fishing boats to come in with fresh fish right out of the ocean. You could choose your fish and the fishermen would clean and filet it for you. We would take it home and cook it that night and serve it with chips -- that is potato chips, which we pealed and cooked in oil. My favourite type of fish was called Hake (or you could buy Kingklip or Snoek) and there is just nothing like it. I have been living in America since August 2002 and while there are many things I miss about living in South Africa, I miss the fresh fish the most. I have never tried the fish in American rivers, except Catfish, which I hated -- it tasted like the bottom of a dirty fish tank...Lol Great video which I enjoyed watching. Thank you. (^_^)
    Kind regards.

I am a dirt track racer super late model, travling home to Georgia from Ohio. my passengers front floor board feel up with water. My truck has 14000.k miles, this happened at 17 months with 9000k miles. I have extended warranty of 100,000 miles or
10 years. The refused to cover it through GM , I had to have $ 1758.43
seal and kit replace the carpet because they wanted to clean and dry it, I bought new carpet because I was concerned of mole and mildew so the carpet package cost me 1347.00 in addition to the seal kit I mentioned.
The dealer was awesome nice and because he didn't agree with GM'S DECISION He was gentleman enough
to split the bill 50/50 with me, and
he also did a complete service and detail for no charge.

Also just a suggestion... Grab the dorsal fin with a good pair of pliers and chop the shell off the top of the back of gar with a machete or hatchet. It will leave you a lot bigger gap to get fillets out of the fish. I have a cane knife I use, it works good. FYI, gar is kinda like tuna , it is almost like red meat, it takes seasoning well and marinades well. You can do just about anything with gar that you can do with red meat. ✌️

Bake it in a caserole dish with lots of butter and whatever seasoning ya want, cover with foil, then finish under broiler. From Florida, trust!

I've caught hundreds of these things right behind my house here on the Rio grande. You should try catching them on Hook and line. They are one of the best fish to eat.

Good recipe for Mullet: get some 2×4 wood pieces, get a big pot of water and bring it to a boil. Then your mullet and pieces of 2×4 wood boards and throw them in the boiling water. Wait 10 minutes. When done take the mullet out and the 2×4 wood piece and eat the wood.
