@@tomaniajarek I don't think they're Leovince Silvertails as the body of those are smooth (no ridges, unlike this one). They're probably a company who makes a similar style to the Silvertails for a cheaper price.

I am very sorry, but I dont have an answer for you. It has been too many years. I added the risers, but the bike already had these handlebars when I purchased it.
I’d love to have a small displacement Vtwin like a 125 or a 250. Wish they’d bring them stateside.
