@@pesgod2493 midladder player isnt really a position imo, its like a playstyle, their "playstyle" is what makes people think theyre braindead.
But if you ask me where midladder player stands, its between 3k to 8k trophies (some will argue until 8999 trophies is still midladder and 9k is considered high ladder)
@Balloffamer I have some skill decks that I'm pretty good with, but they just aren't that fun, that's why I run a midladder MK valk goblin barrel spam deck. Doesn't mean I'm braindead, it's just more fun and since I'm overleveled it actually works

Every time I notice my opponent hasn't played anything in a while and I have a push approaching the bridge, I just know an MK is coming through the atmosphere like a Helldiver, ready to turn my push into puffs of elixir 🙄
And it doesn't matter if they just dropped five elixir and only played two cards since they're last mega knight, somehow they will ALWAYS have another mega knight

Hot take: The new tower troops make the game more luck based and less skilled. In certain matchups, there was always a chance to win if you were good enough, but with the new tower troops, some games just feel impossible. Like golem or hog against a canoneer makes it harder to break through and feels impossible. By using tower troops like canoneer, u risk going against log bait or graveyard but also could win against balloon. With both the new tower troops as well, the game feels more spammy as it’s basically just spam until the tower troop feels overwhelmed.
This tips and tips short was very necessary for mk players since they dont have any skills
Some MK players are skillfull, I play a Pekka bridge spam deck that includes the mega Knight.
I have a decent win to lose ratio and I don't abuse the mega Knight as an average Midladder Menace would.
I don't think having MK in your deck makes you unskillfull if you still play skillfully and manage to win.

Just saying, I actually use an MK mirror deck and generally finish each season in league 9. Laugh all you want but I hold a good win rate with it and this guy knows almost nothing about MK lol

LP, log, Evo skeletons, tesla, pump, giant skeleton, clone and mirror.
Yeah, I was stacking pumps until I'd make a 3 giant skeleton push with mirror clone at ready. I actually didn't lose many games at all with this deck, only against hog EQ or hard counters like egiant sparky lightning

Huge tip: only play mega knight defensively, never gets huge offensive value
Tip 4 sometimes placing him out of no where can cause sheer panic and Fear so make sure if the match is in the thick of it and the dude is On the back burner slap down the mega knight

Tip 1: just play him on defense it’s pretty much a guaranteed equal or positive elixr trade unless they have a inferno drag

as a top ladder mk main, these are very base level tips. i could give the pro ones that help me win almost every single game even against 100-0’s and just general hardcounters
New card could be dark mirror which gives you the ability to mirror your opponent’s lasted played card
Tip 4 : use inferno drag with him.. and have arrows if the opponents have minnions and zap if opponent have inferno tower or drag
I has a build which was like hog archer queen or whatever. But basically it would encourage them to waste a lot of exploder on low cards. Then as they cross the bridge and try to counter push, mega knight drops and punishes everything. It was so fun
Mega knight is not an attacking card, especially in high leader defending a mega knight is one of the eaziest things to do. If u play mega knight only use it to defend pushes
Bonus tip: do not use the mega knight to counter a royale giant

Better tips, if the opponent makes a push, drop MK on all of their cards.
Other tip, put MK right by the river and he’ll jump over it on to the other card. It’s rlly good for high canon placement or other support card.

I just had an idea that crossed my mind for a card concept. Don’t really know how good or balanced it would be but here it is.
Name: Shadow Archer
Rarity: Legendary
Hp:600(level 9)-800(level 15)
Damage:200
Atk speed:1.5
Range:6 tiles
Mixture of Royal Ghost and Magic Archer
What it does
When first placed, it is invisible just like the royal ghost is and as soon as it gets 6 tiles or closer to anything it will shoot out piercing arrows just like a magic archer would. Instead of being revealed when it does damage it will instead be revealed after 5 shots for about 10s giving anything there time to reach it and kill it.
I do use megaknight but it gets countered pretty well depending so i use sparky with it at tve back and then i have log arrows and zap with goblin gang and skelatons
I’m a new breed of midladder menace I use a braindead beat down with e giant, bomber(soon to be evolved), musketeer, bomb tower, nado, log, inferno dragon, skarmy
theres a reason he's telling us this, mk works great against a lot of beatdown decks and dagger dutchess is gonna bring more beatdown decks
Tbh I don’t really like the recent updates that promote lower skill decks that all need evolutions for me a ftp player it just seems annoying to load in to a match knowing that I have to use either Pekka bridge spam or e golem deck

First of all, pekka bridge spam is going to be EVERYWHERE because of the pekka buff AND the evo battle ram - also because pekka, e wizzard and evo zap all counter evo battle ram.
Second of all, the bowler use rates are going to EXPLODE even more. The fact that it full counters the battle ram is almost gonna make it a must have card in every deck.
There's also going to be MK bridgespam again, MK counters battle ram pretty well
Now do a guide on how to play with under leveled mega knight at miner’s mine (lvl 15 mega knight coming up!)

Only time I put mega knight at the bridge is when I have another big push on the other lane, so its either they defend the big push and hopefully get to keep the tower, but take a lot of damage on the mega knight side.
Use mega knight as a ambush card ( basically use ambush cards as a card you start to use after phase 1 in match instead of one or your third card use it later to make the enemy start a strategy while theres a full on fight going on )
The fact that has spawn dmg with knock back, jumps few tiles plus you guessed it another knock back. Is not single targeting and it has HP like crazy all of this for 7 elixir. Pekka feels unfair 😅
They need to make the spawn damage more rewarding. I ***** hate these little midladder ***** who put it in the back or at the bridge
It's more skillful to put it at the back rather then just only put it when something is on your side of the map
Hot take:- cr should make a change in the gane in which if you mirror a card with star level tjan the mirrored one also has star level. I guess it would just be almost a neutral change but not bad at all and in fact kinda better.
Bonus tip :Place MK at the back and drop a sparky behind

Guys fr though, dont use jt on offense unless its behind the king. It's super good on defense though. It can counter groups of cards and still serve as a counterpush so the opponent will slend even more to defend.
BRO IM NOT EVEN GONNA LIE THAT FIRST CLIP IS LITERALLY MY WHOLE DECK. I have no idea how this is possible since ive never seen one use my exact deck before.

Really just use it for late game suprise defence to start a great push and stop their entire lush with 1 unit
Card idea: Scaredy Goblin
5 elixir
Epic
This card is similar to a dart goblin, with lower attack speed and higher damage with slightly lower movement speed. When any troop comes within 5 tiles of it, it puts a protective shield over it, making it unable to attack or move. The shield has separate hp from the goblin, having around as much hp as an inferno tower. If the shield is broken the goblin will be released with no shield. If the troops attacking the scaredy goblin are killed, it can move again and whatever hp the shield had left will be how much hp the shield has the next time the scaredy goblin goes into shield mode.
Ill make sure to write that down for mega knight cycle

It actually bothers me how people think MK should be used super offensively. Mid ladder players would actually have success with the MK if they used it properly cause it is a decent card with some good decks.
You left out the most important one, which is to play him only after getting a significant elixir advantage to capitalise
a valk/knight will fully counter a megaknight if he doesnt jump onto them, and archers can really help with dps

Supercell should give a wild Evo shard for an Evo troop that you have already gotten. For example, if you have 6 Evo barbs shards and you get another one, it should be replaced with another Evo wild shard
