Brother, aap khud hi asli chotiwala hotel mai nahi hain, asli chotiwala restaurant sirf Rishikesh, Swargaashram mai hi hai, or Puri sabzi Mathurawala, thade kuye ke paas Moti bazar Mai and Hari halwai ki dukan Mai hi khaye, ye dono approximately 80, 90 years purani hain. And shuddh Desi ghee ki preparation hai. Hoshiyarpuri hotel is good.

The best hotel of Haridwar are Bengali Hotel. Chotiwala at Haridwar is a duplicate hotel. Original chotiwala is in Rishikesh

Bhai Delhi jaisa khana toh porey haridwar kya rishikesh mein bhi nahi milta. Ghat ghat ka Pina Piya hua hai maine tabhi bol raha hoon.
