INGREDIENTS
• ¾ cup pureed strawberries
• ¼ cup water
• 1 squeeze of fresh lemon juice
• 2 ½ TBSP honey
• 2 ½ TBSP unflavored gelatin
DIRECTIONS
1. Add pureed strawberries, water, lemon juice and honey to saucepan. Turn on heat to simmer.
2. Slowly add gelatin and whisk until completely dissolved.
3. Pour mixture into gummy molds and pop into freezer for 25 minutes.

I like to put this in an airtight container and store in my fridge. We go through them too fast to know exactly how long they will last, but I would say a week!
WhatsUpMoms can i just lay it out on some parchment paper or something and just use a knife to cut them if we don't have a mold or cookie cutter?

Oh wow. I'm gonna put these in my kids lunches! This is a really good idea and they're easy to make. The best thing about this is you can use other fruits too.

I'm not a mom but this sounds like a really good idea for a healthy snack for myself too! Can I also make these different flavors by using different kinds of fruit? Will this also work with fruit juice? You use non-flavored gelatin, right?

Hey Meg does it HAVE to be strawberries or can I use blueberries, kiwi, peaches ect because I like to blend fruit mixtures

I know this is a little late, but certain fruits such as kiwis and pineapple contain a chemical that requires them to be brought to a boil before adding the gelatin because otherwise the gelatin won't set.

+Crafts & Miniatures if u are vegan try using agar powder but if you are not u can still use it but gelatin helps it to be s gummy consistency if u don't use it it will turn out to be a liquid
I can't have gelatin and Idk where to find this agar agar thing...! I live in NZ and to make it worse I'm 11

This is such a good idea! I know my little ones will love this. As we're vegan, I will probably use agar-agar flakes to substitute for the gelatin but I hope that it will turn out just as nicely. I know I have some flower moulds somewhere...
