It started off as a joke like 'oo if you hear this someone's gonna die' and Etho played it also jokingly in episode 1. However, it just so happens that when Etho played the music, Bdubs decided to kill Grian, the first death of the entire series. Etho retold the story to nearly all of the server, aswell as replaying the music disk so now nearly everyone was aware of the spooky death disk
