I used to watch this movie on VHS all the time as a kid, but I didn't get any of the pot/sex jokes until I watched it again as an adult. Still one of my favorite movies, I love how the dinosaurs are all comic relief--even in an already very silly movie as this!
I’ve seen a photographic picture of them together on a page of a book called The Dinosaur Filmography. It talks about the known Films about Dinosaurs from the 1910s to 2001 when The Dinosaur Filmography was published. Before many other Dinosaur Films had yet to come.
I might be crazy, but I think the lizard thing might be based on Iguanodon before dinosaurs existed as a concept. (If you don’t know what I’m talking about, Google “Crystal Palace Iguanodon”) Iguanodon’s thumb spike was thought to be a nose horn (which this thing also has), and the rest of the design fits the orginal interpretation of Iguanodon too (say for not being thick enough and lacking the beak). Then again, I think it’s highly unlikely a movie from as early as the 1980s would pull such a big brain move, nor have any “Retro-saur Nostalgia” like the Carnivores Dinosaur Hunter community. Perhaps this was just a coincidence.
I just notice something unusual! This is for those who are curious about this nasal horned Iguana, and Dino experts on Iguanodon, This is actually an old reconstruction of Iguanodon, where it was believed to be a large, bulky Crocodile-like Iguana, with a horn on its nose like a Rhinoceros! Despite the film being aired in the 1980s, as that was after Iguanodon was now said to not be a big, bulky Crocodile-like Iguana with a nasal horn, but a Hadrosaur, as the nasal horn was actually thumb spikes! Impressive, and it remains being an herbivore, since in shots, I’ve seen Iggy eat a pumpkin, and pumpkins are vegetation, but I am more to Iguanodon's representations from The Land Before Time, Jurassic Park Franchise, Ice Age, and Dino Pops. As for Tyrannosaurus Rex, it also has a tripod posture, since it uses its old restoration of the 1910s, and see its bulky frame! This is one of the bulkiest T-Rex I’ve ever seen on screen! I’ve never seen such a T-Rex this bulky before! Hilariously, it is shown drunken in a slapstick comedy movie! Strange, but funny for a slapstick comedy movie! 😆 However, it can still chase its prey, but the speed is at medium, like an actual T-Rex.
Monsters in the Movie 1: Prehistoric plants 2: Styracosaurus (the Lizard) 3: Stegosaur (1 that 🐔🐺🦉) 4: Dog sized Misquote or Gnat 5: Fat gorgosaur/Albertosaur 6: Pterodactyl/Pteranodon 7: Walrusman (its in the movie)
Wonder what they were thinking when they made the one lizard bay/howl at the moon like a coyote/wolf at 1:30, crow like a rooster at 1:37, and hoot like an owl at 2:44. They gave it one heck of an identity crisis.
Esa película fue filmada en el mezquital en Durango, por desgracia todo esto fue destruido con la construcción de carreteras, basura 🗑️🪰 y los tala montes
Please do Howard the duck There is the Dark Overlord monster scene, this us stop motion animated. And please do SIMON AND THE DREAMHUNTERS 1990 this has stop motion dinosaurs. I cant find something in the Internet about this one.
The original French title is SIMON LES NUAGES and is on UA-cam. It was animated by Bill Maylone, who did 64,000,000 YEARS AGO. There is only one dinosaur in the movie - the Megacuriosaurus - but the stop-motion is first-rate!
The animation is so expressive and the creatures are so goofy and adorable, I love this lol.
These are better than most from that era, still a blast to watch
David Allen: Stop-Motion Master!!!!

These are actually pretty good effects:)
Am i the only one who wants to hug the T-Rex? He is so cute and derpy.
Missed opportunity for someone to tame and ride it.
Wow, this is the best stop motion I’ve seen.
Who else wanted the T rex and the green lizard monster to fight?
Would it be like a WWE fight or like little kids smacking each other?
@@sonofmovienerdking7230 WWE fight, it's cooler but still funny

Some of those faces make the dinosaurs look friendly, and/or like they can talk.

Matcha Matcha! This Movie was really funny and when else did we saw a drunken Tyrannosaurus? Allulu Atuk.
That chameleon reminds me of the killer chameleons from the skull island anime
Skull island anime? Is this even real?
Yeah, it’s real alright.
I love this movie
el tarbosaurus se le ve muy obeso comió demasiado

Dinosaurs in the movie:
-Iguanodon
-edmontosaurus
-Tyrannosaurus rex
-pteranodon
@@arthurimusprime2177 where did you see the edmontosaurus?
@@loschrodproductions4519 It's the dinosaur that owls like a wolf and crows like a rooster
@@arthurimusprime2177 ok, well, looks nothing like an edmontosaurus but it's not like we should expect much about a caveman comedy movie
I mean, the T rex looks like a T rex, but everyone knows the T rex, so that's the minimal a dinosaur movie must do
Pteranodon is not a dinosaur.
Isn’t this the movie featuring Ringo Starr?
@@TFoBC_Official yes, Ringo Starr and his wife.
Caveman comedy 😂😂😂😂😂
Chameleonasaurus

I never got to see this movie and can you do Dreamscape
It is on my to do list :)

The screenwriter could not remember the name Triceratops, though,
A strange, chameleon-like dinosaur was born.
They’re acting pretty lizard like very realistic. And the T Rex is just fat.
The T-Rex must be very old to be so fat.
Чё он Динозаврику в пасть сунул как его
Приплюснуло😂
It is a Pumkin I believe. To make the dinosaur go vegetarian :)
