SupaMoto is a Swedish-Zambian company that is one of the pioneers in the clean cooking sector. The company’s waste biomass pellets and super-efficient cookstoves provide clean energy and save their customers time and money. Since 2013, Supamoto has reached 20,000 households. For every 2 households that switch from charcoal to pellets, the savings in carbon emissions is 8 tonnes per year, which is about the carbon footprint of one person in Europe per year.
