My husband's family lived at Toketee Falls for sixteen years (Power Control Camp) as his father Joe Tinney was PP&L Superintendent but worked initially as laborer and moved up in position throughout many years, retiring 1998. There's housing Community at Toketee for Forest Service & PP&L Employees and their families. Toketee School K-8, 9-12 travel by bus to Glide High school at Glide about 63 miles West on Hwy 138.

I did mushrooms here and ate them right when we got to the trail, and by the time we got to the spring they kicked in, and I'm so grateful for my friends because I got lost after using the porta-john, lol. overall it was a fantastic experience
It is a little tricky, but once your at the main viewing platform, you will see an opening at the railing that people use to get down to the bottom, it is challenging though from what I could see!
Gorgeous! These falls are on our list - hoping to be able to do this hike in early September (hoping fires aren’t burning any where near). Thanks for sharing this stunning place!

People use a loose fence panel next to the lookout deck, there is a rope there to help people get down. It is difficult but beautiful. Glad you enjoyed the video!
Hi there! How many total miles to the hot springs? And how long of a walk do you feel it is? I'm going to try to brave this with my 7 and 9 yo girls today!
Hi there, I was wondering if there is a camping area that is secluded near by. Someplace where we can watch the sun come down and do some stargazing. Thanks
It is a short drive from the waterfall to the parking area for the Hot spring, then about a 20 minute hike there. TY for the kind feedback and hope you get to check it out!
Where was the entrance to the hike for the hot springs? We didnt see any signage for it. We did make it to the falls and went down to the bottom! Loved it!
Beautiful!! The Pacific Northwest has knocked our socks off. And the weather... wow!! Waterfalls 💕💕💕💕
It is incredible! I fell in love with the waterfalls!
Thanks for visiting Oregon! I love my state!
CampTravelExplore . Just keep the ANTIFA ; and BLM members away from these thermal hot springs!
They will destroy those natural wonders quickly!
OREGON..ALWAYS BEAUTIFUL!!

Cool video! Toketee is so mesmerizing💖 You forgot to mention it’s risky and dangerous to go down to get to the bottom for that closer view!!
Great point, TY for bringing it up!
Love Oregon!

The waterfall is amazing and if you can get down to the bottom, its spectacular!
@@CampTravelExplore going to try my best to do that.

@@CampTravelExplore Niiiice dude. Might check that out. I did a video but didnt get the low view like you.
Took my wife here on our anniversary was truly amazing, man I’ll tell you that water is cold, it was a quick dip haha 😂
So beautiful down at the bottom of the falls right?
oh, also do you think the weather will be ok to visit here at the end of October? Thanks
I would think its getting pretty cold by then, I would certainly not wait till Nov, so maybe you would be ok in Oct
I'm going in October lol. Travelling from Ohio.

Does anyone know how long the trail is or if this is a good trails for family with younger kids?
It's a great trail for families! There are quite a bit of stairs though! Well worth doing!

Diamond Lake has lots of camping spots, I just don't know how affected it is because of the fires lately!
@@CampTravelExplore this place is way far away from diamond lake, there’s a campground right by the falls
I’m going real soon! 💯💰💰
Enjoy!!
This is awesome!!! How long will it take to hike from the fall to the hot spring?
It is a short drive from the waterfall to the parking area for the Hot spring, then about a 20 minute hike there. TY for the kind feedback and hope you get to check it out!
I assume swimming here is allowed?
Where was the entrance to the hike for the hot springs?
We didnt see any signage for it. We did make it to the falls and went down to the bottom!
Loved it!
Thanks for sharing! Does anyone know if it’a open currently with COVID?
Ty for watching! Yes I would be curious to know if there are any Covid restrictions!
Who cares. Just go.
Is the parking lot to the hot springs still a squatters camp?
The parking lot was jammed packed when we were there. Do they have issues usually with people overstaying there welcome?
I have a question what month did you go ? And do ypu recommend when is the best time to go ?
We were there in June, I think the warmer months are a bit better in case you take a dip in the water. Thanks for watching and leaving us a comment!!
How deep is the water?
Oregon is not for couch potatos. Adds this Fall to bucket list.
This waterfall is in such a stunning landscape!! Check out our "6 Must see Waterfalls in Oregon" video if you get a chance!!
@@CampTravelExplore will do, just moved back and I want to take my dog hiking as much as possible.
Cliff jumping from there is amazing just getting to the waterfall is hard part
Do you have to pay to go tent camp there?
Not sure on the camping part, didn't really see any place to camp there.
Great info on an amazing place! Count me as a new sub.
One of the prettiest waterfalls I have ever seen!!
@@CampTravelExplore It's quite a remarkable one! Did you visit Watson Falls as well?
Dont think we did. Slat Creek falls was an underrated one we loved, if I have the name right :)
@@CampTravelExplore Salt Creek Falls is such a rad waterfall too!
It's a shame to wear swimsuits in such a wild place. Is nudity forbidden ?
not sure on that one :)
@@CampTravelExplore I think you simply never did that. Just try it one day and you'll discover what you missed.
Nope. Any hot spring i've been to, it's normal to see people in natural dress...
