After watching the videos I went out to Walmart and found it for $119 USD. I had a printout from their site on the internet for $99.00 USD. They gave me the discount. After watching several videos like this one we put the detergent it in and started to clean some chairs. WOW... you talk about how good it works. It pulled out years of dirt from the chairs and bar stool. For $99.00 USD it is definitely worth the money. Thanks for the video. It is worth more than trying to read those instructions.

Thanks so much. The directions that came with mine were printed very faintly and I couldn’t read it large chunks of the print. This video is a life saver!
I dont use the solution tank, only when cleaning the hose. I scrub my carpet manual, hover to suction the water+soap. And the suction is fantastic. I was hesitant at first, but not anymore.
The little measuring cup came with the sample cleaning solution. If your machine did not come with a sample bottle of solution and measuring cup, just follow the measurements on your cleaning solution bottle.

So the suction is much better then that of a ridgid vaccum ?

The cleaning tool is needed. Otherwise, the machine will get smelly. Maybe, contact Hoover support.

Did you have your own cap? Or did it come with it? Cuz i think mine doesn’t have one 😢
Mine came with a tiny sample bottle of cleaning solution which has a measuring cap.
Has anyone used a different solution than the Hoover Oxy Permanent Stain Remover? It's so expensive!
Ours unfortunately did not come with one. What would be a good substitute?
The little plastic cup has two measurement lines:
.5 oz and 1.0 oz
So, any measuring cup or device with those measurements would work.

Perhaps the sample size cleaning solution and cap are no longer included. The measuring cap has just two measurements, .5 ounce and 1 ounce..

No. It doesn't heat the water.

Hi! The dirty water tank is being filled. Do you know why possibly?
As you clean with the machine (and water is suctioned up), the dirty water container will fill up.
Sorry a typo! I mean as I clean the dirty water tank isn’t being filled up at all. There is suction but I’m not sure where the dirty water is going
