Guys , the same method of Adding CPK file, Stadiums Pack, Tattoos Pack for this PTE Patch 4.0, same as the PTE patch 3.0! For Stadiums Pack , PTE team will release Stadiums Pack soon (Next week maybe). There is also a little fixed added for PTE Patch 4.0 (download link and Install instructions in my website article). PS. MLS and JL not compatible with PTE 4.0, also any file i named in my other article of add CPK (3.0 or 3.1) is not compatible ok ! Enjoy :)
