The barrier against saline intrusion. One of the uses of regenerated water.

In this video we talk about one of the uses of regenerated water, and we focus on explaining what the barrier against saline intrusion is in the Baix Llobregat (Barcelona)
This barrier receives regenerated water from the Llobregat Water Regeneration Station through 13 injection wells and aims to prevent seawater from entering the aquifer in the lower part of the Llobregat's river and its salinization.
