Morissette's voice, her tone, timbre, that velvety quality, once we hear it, it catches our attention, and we would like to listen to her more. Then we would soon discover there's a lot more. She uses vocal techniques like squeaks and growls as embellishments, adding textures and colors to her already beautiful voice. Then when she goes to her upper range, hitting those high notes, we would find it's still pleasant to our ears, because, as you mentioned, they are fully supported, that's why they remain full and rounded, gorgeous belts, that are not shrilly or struggling. I think I read somewhere that it's called the "open throat" technique.
But aside from the beautiful voice, for me, it's also how Morissette delivers. She is masterful in story-telling using dynamics, the build-up, and she sings with passion, conviction, evoking emotions through her expressions and gestures. And then we have this lady that has a warm and bubbly personality, we can readily sense it the way she talks.
We can't help but fall in love with her and love anything that she sings. 🥰 Thank you for your love and support for Morissette ❤️

She also moves away from the mic on big belty notes to avoid overloading it. If you watch her sing "Defying Gravity" (the one where she is wearing the bright red polo shirt), there is a place midway when she jumps up to a big belty note and the microphone can't handle it.
Her combination of power, control, emotion and versatility Imo is unmatched by any female singer in the world today

Hitting those super high notes sitting down wth cross legs thats insanely unbelievable. She's a beast in a good way. She has an unlimited vocals maybe she has a golden vocal cord. Master-Class Artist.
She was off mic as she was worried her voice might have failed her as she came into this performance with vocal fatigue as she was doing this song nonstop in other platforms and concerts. She had done a video talking about taking steroids to help out with the vocal fatigue.
