I think you're talking about F7 (Fast & Furious 7) during the scene where they rescue Ramsay, because that's clearly an R34 Skyline in the shot at 3:05 - 3:14

Yeah so the scene that used the R34 was whatever they were doing in that shot, and then the one that used the Impreza is when they were going through the tunnels with that one guy in the passenger seat that they like kidnapped or something. I haven't watched it in a while so I kind of forgot the names and such.
The R34 was used for this race, and a black and silver WRX was used later in the film when they were running from Fenix.

Fun Fact: There was an RX-7 FC3S in the Border Scene at the end of the movie, I found it for sale online back when I was in high school roughly 10 years ago for ~$17000 USD, person who posted it had 360 degree photo's, engine bay, interior, you name it.
