Thank you so much for your podcast yesterday. I love how you call us slow light. I more call us water, dancing to the music of the universe as we evaporate in the sunlight. I guess that is just the universal law when it comes to light binding to water in order to have a physical experience, water evaporates too quickly in the light, so light has created more complex beings so it can have a physical experience, longer. And music it must be water, our soul that loves music as it’s the music from our solar system that puts a geometrical pattern in our water molecules. It definitely plays a role in us anyway.

Headachey, fatigued, and VERY moody lately. Today I've been snapping at people and eating nonstop. I'm glad to hear a lot of people are energetic and feeling positive though.
I’ve had a pretty rough day today myself. Very moody and overwhelmed. A lot of mind chatter in meditation.
Woke up with stiff shoulders and a stiff neck, after dreams of trying to make enough food to feed all the people. That's actually been a theme of my dreams lately; lots of people camping out in large buildings, and trying to organize meals. I'm not getting great sleep; working all night lol. Moody describes my daylight temperament too. Have been trying to centre, ground, and let go of negative personal feelings about events. It's all for our higher good, in the end. In order to let go of illusions, people HAVE to be disillusioned first.
Eat clean (non processed) as much as possible. Drink water. Ground yourself. I swear it helps.

This same thing happened to me about 2 weeks ago . I chose to look at what was triggering me . I learned my lesson and forgave myself. Hang in there …

Lifelong nightowl here, but with my little homestead, milking comes early and I've never been able to convince my chickens to sleep in nor my pigs to wait patiently for breakfast. As an insomniac, it's been tough, but I've learned how to TRY and get to bed early as I've aged. Sadly, the last couple of weeks, it's been impossible to sleep. I always do my best sleeping between 4am and 10am, but it's just not possible right now. Running on empty sometimes and it's no fun.
I feel that in the early morning, esp as the Sun is rising. Big air (and Sun) lover, love the air early morning.
Bunch of vampires here. The Sun is the most wholesome and good thing in the entire solar system.
I "accidentally" became a SOHO watcher back in about 2004. Went up a local mountain for a day trip, tripped over an observatory, guy in charge there had the scope trained on Venus transiting the Sun. Clouds cleared right at the right time, I got to see it real time through an observatory telescope/equipment, and started watching SOHO online. Everything fell into place for a front seat view of that particular event (I may have misremembered the actual year), but it's been about 19/20 years now.
Yay, transformation energy!! It's go time! I AM empowered by these energies and staying grounded is really helping me.

Yeah, i get sick if hearing the happy, giddy bouncey people talking about how great they feel during these geomagnetic chaos periods and sun blasts. The Sun is so intense, its like trying to look into a welding arc, actually worse as looking anywhere in general direction of Sun in clear sky , its going to screw up your eyes.
I can remember years ago i could just look right into the sun and it was way less intense and bright. Like now ya burn spots and streaks into your retina if ya just glance at the Sun tiny bit too long.
It was a reddish orange color today, whereas i remember its more metallic pale yellow when its in a lesser energetic mode.

Yesterday i was driving and i started having a hard time breathing, my heart beating fast...a panic attack out of no where. I got myself out of my head and slowed it down. Thank you, Stefan. I swear that I can feel the plasma in the air around me when a CME has hit the earth. It feels cool and moist on my skin. The air feels denser, cool to breathe in and my nose and eyes feel the moisture. It is like there are microscopic ice crystals in the air. If the plasma bubbles break up into smaller plasma chains in the upper atmosphere, who is to say that they don't break up into even smaller plasma bubbles as they descend into lower levels of the atmosphere, until they have broken up to be microscopic by the time the reach the surface of earth.
I got myself a piece of tourmaline it's really helping to keep me grounded and clearing a lot of negativity also helps clear anything demonic and spells cast against you also builds a shield against EMF 💖

hey, quite exciting our planetary programme. I would like to pass back one of your former recommendations - to put our feet in the sea; put without any Sea in my surrounding more than 900 km away I guess, t- o get better grounded I did little bath in a kind of baby tub and I did it several times with good results - a bath for feet with Himalaya Salt, at moderate temperature for at least 17 minutes and afterwards time for a little nap or even longer siesta. So the pressure & jumps in my lungs and heart region (even headaches are gone ) were disappearing and I felt quite calm. Too long -time bathing - strong effect the day after the bath, I was in such a calm state of body mind and soul... have a nice weekend and thanks for your good job, ciao ciao Crissy

It will certainly help, yes. And when you're not on your blanket, go get your bare feet on the earth!
Stefan! Guess what? I finally got to the courage to go outside to do grounding ( barefoot in my grass!) today during what I thought was a g-2 storm ( delayed?) and I actually felt MUCH better after feeling quite ill after that X-9 pulse. ( Usually I don't even go outside during these storms because I'm very sensitive to them and end up feeling very ill, dizzy,,headache, heart arythmia etc.) What a relief! I also eat only bananas and potatoes and hydrate with electrolytes. An Epsom salt bath helps a lot, also. Thanks for all the great advice and teaching us about space weather. What would we do without you,,? Peace and blessings.
Why don't you use an earth rod instead? You can usually buy them cheap from a hardware store. Just drive it into the ground atleast 60cm, and you can go and grab hold of it whenever you please. Be sure to pour water on it regularly if you have dry soil. It will earth you better than going barefoot.
Furthermore you can get something called an earth pad/earth mat, useful if you're in an apartment. You just plug it into the wall.

I felt super dizzy today. It was so strange. It was almost like each body part had its own dizziness. If that makes any sense. I felt better outside. My sister felt the same way.

I get very happy, feeling content, optimistic, relieved, lighter, brighter, life seems simpler in all the right ways, all things feel possible during these events. This time, I have all of that, a high pitch but soothing ring, I feel the coolness of the air on my skin. It feels like that complete surrender to a deep sleep when a child.
