Possibly, yet in a way played with the same attitude as the original rockers. Not watered down as many copyists are. You could say it's timeless: fresh as the day it was plucked. Like Gene Vincent's 'Cat Man' or Elvis Presley's 'My Baby Left Me.'

Die hatten ein Konzert bei uns in Neumünster gegeben, ungefähr 3 Kilometer von unserem Haus entfernt, aber man konnte sehr gut bei offenem Fenster zuhören.
I remember seeing Lemmy talk about how with only three players, you can hear the "holes." As much as I've tried, I haven't found a lot of holes in Motörhead's music...just a wall of bone crushing music.
@@eyellgeteven9928 - It's all played, not thrashed - maybe this is what Lemmy was getting at. Rock n roll is always best stripped down to raw components, silence is vital punctuation for any music. Unless of course you're into industrial dirge type sounds, which some people are. I'd go so far as to say this track maybe has a soft production given the raw components - but there's no stopping the power of those raw components.
I used to pour Lemmy jack and cokes most nights that they weren't on tour, always a gent and always one for me, he put me on the 10th birthday guest list. Me ears bled. R.i.p. Matey
Saw them that same year open for The Blizzard of Ozz at The Orpheum Boston, MA. It was Motorhead's first time touring America. Best concert I ever attended.
Saw them the first Time in a Place called Neu Isenburg near Frankfurt on Bomber Tour 1980! The Hall was as small as a living room. My ears are still bleeding🤗🤗
You have great taste sir! Our love of Lemmy and Motörhead makes us some kind of brothers in my book, and I'm a white dude. I do know you love them too, because you spelled it right, most people don't, lol.
I saw Motörhead one week after iron maiden at the Hammersmith odeon in the early eighties. My hearing has been screwed ever since. Wouldn’t change it though.
Lemmy was always one of a kind. I watched a clip of him from his even younger Hawkwind Days, playing Silver Machine. He was always destined for greatness and as humble as the true greats always are. RIP 🙏
I went to see Motorhead at the Cambridge Corn Exchange in 1979. I love local history & went to explore some dusty rooms above the front lobby before the gig. In one, I found a canister of wheat, a left-over from the days when the building was used, pre-1940, for the trading of grains & seeds. I took a small handful as a souvenir & when Motorhead came on later that evening I put the wheat on the enclosure in front of the main speaker stack at one side of the stage. When I went to get it during the second encore, it had been milled in a fine, white flour. That's how loud they were....
😎👍Freakin' original lineup!!! Lemmy was & will always be 1 of a kind! 'Fast' Eddie Clark was totally underrated, love his work in Fastway! 'Philthy' Phil played with a fast take no prisoners style that still holds up to this day!
Saw them in 87/88 with alice cooper. I was in grade 8 lol. Amazing memories. Loudest shit ever. Ears were ringing the whole day after when back at school. Bought a motorhead shirt for $20 which was really expensive for a t shirt lol. Wore that till it fell off me

Motörhead ist einfach klasse. Höre die Musik immer noch hoch und runter wie Metallica auch. Schade das es Lemmy nicht mehr gibt. Er war ein wahnsinnig guter Musiker .
Man, these are the peak badass years for Lem IMO...he never looked more like a guy you do NOT want to screw with, lol. I know he was badass from start to finish, but in my book, Lemmy at this age at that time was fucking ferocious!
Saw this line up several times in the early 80s. My ears are still ringing. Always saw Motorhead as proto punk, like MC5 and Pink Fairies, rather than metal. Anarchist tendency. Lemmy said he wanted Motorhead to sound like MC5. First half dozen albums were great.
I've seen countless videos of live motörhead and bon Scott AC/DC and in so many of them the audience is just standing there like a bunch of statues. Inexcusable
When I saw Motorhead live, all I could do was stand there with my jaw on the floor, holding back tears of joy. I was ten feet away from Lemmy, one of the greatest moments of my life. I can't imagine slurring that memory with moshing. I can mosh anywhere.
No se si tan Metalera, Che..... Las Lineas del Bajo y la Bateria, suenan Punk....el Viola, si suena mas Metal.....pa' mi Motorhead seria un Raw R' N' R, Metal y bases de Punk.

It's largely thanks to motörhead that I categorically stopped buttoning the three top buttons of any shirt I ever wore since the age of 15...
Why button them at all? Leave them open and tuck the shirt in ..got to have chest hair though to pull this off
And all of are not happy about it.
Weird.

I tell you, I'm your man
You win some, lose some
It's all the same to me
The pleasure is to play
Makes no difference what you say
I don't share your greed
The only card I need
Is the Ace of Spades
The Ace of Spades
Playing for the high one
Dancing with the devil
Going with the flow
It's all a game to me
Seven or eleven
Snake eyes watching you
Double up or quit
Double stake or split
The Ace of Spades
The Ace of Spades
You know I'm born to lose
And gambling's for fools
But that's the way I like it, baby
I don't want to live forever
And don't forget the joker
Pushing up the ante
I know you got to see me
Read 'em and weep
The dead man's hand again
I see it in your eyes
Take one look and die
The only thing you see
You know it's gonna be
The Ace of Spades
The Ace of Spades, uh
